Evil never dies

"Hey....June?" Steve asked. "It's actually-" I stopped. "Never mind." I continued.

He smiled and sat next to me.

"It's just.....I wanted to ask you something." He said. Bruce and Tony's eyes darted over to Steve and they seemed pissed off.
"Go on...." I smiled.

"I-I was wondering if you wanted to....I-I don't know.....go out with me?" Steve asked. I nodded.

"Son of a-!" Bruce's mouth was covered by Tony's hand immediately.

It was the afternoon and we came back with huge smiles and laughter.

"So captain. How was the DATE?" Tony asked, spinning to look at us in his chair.
"It was GREAT and I'm sure June wants to LEAVE." Steve said through his teeth.

"No I don't. Bruce asked me if I wanted to work in the lab with him. I'm going because I love to work on small things!" I smiled.

"I'll wait for you." Bruce said, walking down to the lab.

"So....after you work with him....lemme and you have a date at night. Ok? I bought you a nice dress in that room you share with max." Tony winked.

"Thank you..." I murmured.

"That was fun! Thanks Bruce!" I smiled. He chuckled. "No problem June....and if I might ask....do you know that Steve and tony are competing over you right?" Bruce asked.
I nodded.

"And So was I....I mean you're really pretty." Bruce smiled.
I blushed and hugged him bye and went to the living room.

"You think she'll go for the oldest bachelor on the market? She's obviously into strong blondes!" Steve grinned.

"Oh please she's into-"

"I'm into a man who's like me." I responded

"Good to see you again man made of iron." Another tall blond greeted.

"Greetings tony." A small black haired man said. I looked at the one with black hair and growled.
He looked at me and grabbed a knife.

"Miss me?" I asked, my horns sticking out.
"Hardly ever missed a Nova." Loki murmured.

"Woah! Calm yourselves!" Tony yelled, getting in between us.
"Stupid ice giants always think they're perfect! You're all cold hearted!" I yelled, the blood from the knife cut running down my arm.

"You nova's are the real cold hearted people!" Loki yelled.
"Real mature Loki...." I scoffed, rolling my eyes.

"What happened between you two?" Max asked.

"Nothing. We 'Asgardians' have a strong hatred against the nova's." Thor said, glaring at me. 

"Fine then. I'll leave." I said, walking away.

"Hey June...." Tony smiled. I waved a bit and looked over at Loki. I rubbed my neck as a stinging pain came to be.

He bit me.

"What You did was out of hand!" Steve yelled at Loki.
"I-I'm Sorry! I thought she was going to attack me!" He yelled.
I yelped from the stinging pain his bite has left me.
"Loki." Thor warned.

He groaned and made his way towards me.

He sucked the poison out of my neck.

"Why are you two here?" I asked.
"Because I'm apart of the avengers and Loki's....here." Thor said.

His sceptre was pointed to my neck and he glared at me.
"What's troubling you-" I said, putting my hand on Loki's forehead.

We both fainted.

I saw a heart in the dark void.
It was tangled in gold chains and a huge key hole in the middle.
As I inched closer it was unlocked and all the chains fell off.
The heart opened like a locket and all I saw was a lady wrapped in silk blankets.

It was me.

I woke up in a cold sweat and Loki's hand was clamped over his heart.
He looked at me in disbelief.

"Loki....I never knew...." I whispered.
"Yes You did! After all these years I have loved you! And you never knew!" He yelled.
Tears came out of his eyes.

"I-I'm done...." he murmured.
I put my hand on his shoulder and he THREW me out of the windows.

He jumped out as well and wrapped his arms around me.

"Why...?" I asked him. He stared into the mirror as he ran his fingers through his black hair.

"I was angry-"

"Why do you like me?" I asked. He put bandages on his cuts and looked at me. "I don't know." He responded.

"Loki....we cant be together. Remember what happened to your-"
"He's not my father. Thor isn't my brother. We established that!" He yelled.
He grabbed my face with his hand and stared at me.

He then pushed me onto the floor and I began to tremble.
"L-Loki....I'm sorry...." I whispered.
He shook his head and kicked my gut.

"I only loved you for your power. I seduced you for that reason only." He said.
My heart shattered.

I sat on the couch and rubbed my my legs. They were badly bruised. I then rubbed my stomach and then my arms. They were either cut or bruised as well.
"Juniper.....may I speak with you?" Thor asked.
I nodded and he sat next to me.

He was dressed casually.
"What has he been doing to you...?" Thor asked, placing his hand on my arm.
I flinched and he took it off immediately.
"We has and have an abusive relationship. He only loves me for my power. H-he was an amazing man and n-now...." I whimpered.

He held me in his arms and kissed the top of my head.
He let me cry.

"Hey June!" Loki smiled. He embraced me in a hug and I pushed him.
"We know what you did to her." Tony said. "I-I would never do anything to my sweet angel-"

"Sweet angel up my ass Loki! I thought we could trust you again but no! You began to beat this beautiful woman for not doing the slightest thing right!" Bruce yelled.
Loki looked at me as his eyes flared with anger.
He abused me again and I curled up in a ball on the floor.
Thor pulled him back and threw him behind the couch.

I laid my head on his lap as he brushed his fingers through my hair.

Loki was now on Asgard and in prison.

Awaiting to come back.
