(The day of the punishment)
(Darin)
I drew a shaken breath as I put on my black coat. I put on my boots and went outside to the township. Nidara was already there with Amelia at her side.
**********************************************************************************
"Please...leave her alone." I begged. "Why should I!?" Nidara yelled at me. I shuttered at looked at Amelia. "I'm sorry....I'll miss you...." Amelia smiled softly.
....
Amelia's head was in a guillotine. She looked at me with a small smile as sorrow covered her eyes. I gave her a last kiss before she left the world.

"Now everyone...lets get ready to behead of the last human ever to step foot in Grimore again!" Nidara cackled. Everyone did the same. I didn't. I...loved her with all my life.

"Any last words peasent?!" Nidara yelled at Amelia. She nodded slowly.
"I'll always love you Darin Divine. Say hello to my mother later on....and my brother, will you?" She asked. I nodded slowly.

As Nidara pulled the string the blade came down and....sliced her head off.

I let out an ear piercing shriek as tears left my eyes.
I had actually lost the one I loved. My wife.
**********************************************************************************
I didn't go to her wake or burial.
I couldn't see bare to see "her" again.

I was grieving at a hard place and time.
....
"Sir....your sister would like to come in...shall I bring her in?" A maid asked. "No. Take her away from me! I hate her! She killed my wife and she knows I loved her with all my heart!" I yelled.

Nidara came in anyways.

She placed a bouquet of flowers in a vase and sat at the bedside.
"Darin...I'm sorry..." She apologized.

"Get the hell out of my life!" I yelled.
She jumped.

"You murdered the love of my life! And you laughed about it! Who does that!?" I yelled at her.

"B-but humans-" Nidara stopped herself.

"She was going to make a treaty to let humans live here! But you killed her! You fucking killed her!" I yelled.

She nodded slowly.

"I-I'll leave...." She spoke.

"Go! Leave!" I yelled.

"Brother please! I-I can bring her back! I swear!" She smiled.

"Go away before you're exiled!" I yelled once more.
