Louder Than Words

Chapter 15

"Did everyone have fun?" I ask, still holding hands with Zayn

"I want to stay longer!" Louis says

"Well the park is closing so everyone has to go. But it sure was fun!" Liam says

"Absolutely! Best way to end the vaca-" Niall says but gets cut of by Louis hand.

"End? You guys are leaving already?" I ask letting go of Zayn's hand and grabbing onto Andrea

"We wanted to tell you when we got home because i wanted to ask you-" Harry says but gets cut off by Liam

'Not now Harry!!"

"Just forget it, take us home" I say

"Kacey, please just let me explain" Zayn says

I notice that im tearing up a little and i put my head in Andrea's neck. She hugs me and says "Just take us home, please"

I knew it was to good to be true. All of this. Mostly Zayn. How could i think that he would want me to be his girlfriend. He probably just needed it because there was no other 1D news to be reported for a long time. And they surely would talk about this for a while.

Andrea's P.O.V

Kacey jumps on top of me the way you would carry a toddler that was sleeping. Her legs wrapped around me and her head still in my neck. I groan a little when i notice how much she weighs. Or maybe it's a sign that i need to start lifting some weights. I dont even work out anymore. I never worked out, what am i talking about?

Kacey always falls asleep after crying for a little. I dont know how she does it but she did, she fell asleep on me. Great.

I notice that all the other boys are being mobbed by fans. I was getting pushed farther from the boys and some people even started tripping me. Some fans take pictures of Kacey sleeping and I smile for the cameras. I could end up on tumblr/twitter/instagram or something. i had to look good right?

Kacey was getting harder to carry and i nearly dropped her when i bumped into someone.

"Watch were your going!" I say adjusting Kacey before she slips and falls on the cement

"Im so sorry- Andrea?"

"Nick? What are you doing leaving now?" I ask

"Its closing time and is that Kacey?" He asks pointing to her

"Yeah but she's sleeping"

"Do you need any help?" I dont think Kacey would mind if he carried her the way i was. And my arms were starting to hurt.

"PLEASE."

Kacey adjust herself to Nick without opening her eyes, she was probably still asleep.

"Do you guys need a ride home?"

I turn around to the boys being mobbed by a group of fans.

"I think we do but i think we should help them.."

He puts Kacey down in the passenger seat of the car, she gets comfortable and again she's in a deep sleep. He locks the door and rolls the window down just a little for her to breathe.

"Lets go, theyre going to get killed out there!" I say

We both push past the group of fans to get closer to the boys. Once we see them they all yell out "PLEASE HELP"

Nick grabs the whistle that hung from his neck and blows. The fans all cover their ears and step back giving enough space for the boys to actually open the door of their car. They all rush in but me and Nick stay outside the door.

"Where's Kacey?" Zayn asks

"Uhm, i asked Nick to give us a ride home and she's sleeping in his car right now." I say looking down

"What about your stuff?" Harry says

"When do you guys leave?"

"Tomorrow night"

"Oh then we'll go pick it up tomorrow early in the morning"

"But I have to ask-" Zayn says

"Great! Im sorry you found out so late, we all are" Liam says

"You had to leave sometime right?" I say and now im tearing up "Well we should go home now, bye" I walk away and Nick says bye quickly and follows me.

The whole ride home is quiet except for Kacey's breathing.

"You remeber where we live right?"

"Uhm of course, i dont think you notice thats its been about 4 days since Zayn and Kacey started dating and we only broke up 5 days ago." He says

"Oh that's right, time goes by so fast! It seems like its been so much longer!"

"It does. Especially when your alone at home with nothing to do."

"Im sorry about that"

"Its alright. and why arent you going to sleep with the other guys?"

"Theyre leaving back to the UK to continue their concert. This was just a little in between break"

"Oh, are you going with them?"

"I dont think so but even if i did i'd have to leave as soon as the tour is over because I start college here"

"You got accepted to Harvard?!"

"Mhm!"

"But what about Kacey? Didnt she apply to?"

"She got accepted too but she turned them down to go start working at some dancing company."

"Why would she turn down Harvard?!"

"She said because she needed to help support her family. She was two younger brothers and her parents are both getting old"

"Why didnt she just live with them?"

"They moved to Atlanta and everytime she gets a pay check she send 50% of her money to them. And she gets paid a good amount of money to work at the dance company."

"Damn, how come she never told me this?"

"She doesnt like to tell anyone because she doesnt want any one to feel bad for her"

"Has she told Zayn?"

"She hasnt told anyone, i'm the only one who knows."

"And now i know."

"Yes but dont tell her that you know. Just pretend like i never told you."

"Promise but shouldnt you help her?"

"SHE WONT LET ME. She's so stubborn! Whenever i pay for food when she goes out she isist to pay for her food!"

"I'd help her"

"Well im trying"

We arrive at our house and Nick parks infront of Kacey's yard. He opens the door and carries Kacey to her door.

"How do we get inside?"

"I have a spare key"

I open the door.

"Where do i put her?"

"On her couch i guess?"

"Alright"

I left a note on Kacey's table, next to the alarm i set on her phone.

'Nick gave us a ride home and by the way: Get dressed because were going to go pick up our stuff at the boys house.
