I had cried way too many tears, shed too many pounds to fit into the dress I'm in today, right now. I know Zayn has spent the last four weeks cramming this wedding into one perfect day. It is perfect, and I can't wait to hear what Harry has to say now, having interrupted in such a horrible moment.
"Yes, sir?"' '
"I just wanted to say, that I love these two together, and I wanted to say how happy I am for them," Harry says.
My shoulders dropped dramatically. A heavy burden I had carried for so long had finally been lifted. I admit to having sometimes reconsidered whether I had chosen the right guy, Harry or Zayn. This moment, I'm glad to have finally made up my mind because there's no more looking back and I know I wont be the cause for Harry falling into a depression. I know he'll find someone for him, perfect for him. The exact opposite of him, because those people are perfect for each other. That's why sometimes I questioned my relationship with Zayn. We had so much in common, just like me and Nick did. Yet, me and Nick ended roughly. I was fortunate to find Zayn and I love how we got along and with all the dilemma of traveling the world and not seeing each other often, because I know that he knows what I'm going through and I know what he's going through. We under stand each other and that's what matters.
"You may now kiss the bride," He said.
I looked at Zayn and giggled excitedly, he always felt strange kissing in front of a lot of people and was surprised when he had made the first move. He kissed me and it was exactly like the first, the second, amazing.
Our peers all stood up and clapped and cheered. I was so happy. I had never thought that someone as good as Zayn would marry someone like me. Just a few months ago I had wondered whether I would ever find the right guy and I did.
My relationship was nothing of what I had imagined it would be. I wanted to take my time with things, have kids at the right time. That really isn't an option anymore. Either way, Zayn and I had settled on adoption and we made it official the day of the wedding, later on.
"A toast, to the most beautiful girl I have ever seen, the most amazing person that has come into my life and changed it so wonderfully, my daughter. And I hope she has changed you the same way she has changed me Zayn, and I have to admit, you're beautiful too," My dad says, lifting a glass in the air.
This is the part where I get up, next to Zayn, and thank everyone.
"I'd like to thank you all for coming, I know it was all quick and exciting and there were some downfalls, but that's normal. Either way, you were always there to support us and I would like to thank all of you for being wonderful people and being with us when we needed you," I said.
I had looked at Zayn for a reassuring notion, which he delivered, meaning I could deliver the second part of the message.
"And we'd also like to announce that, due to my inability to expand the family," Zayn's hand locks mine and he smiles assuring, "We will be adopting!"
Everyone smiles and claps, but I notice some weary expressions.
"But not now, obviously. We still have to finish our tours to finish and make sure this child will be welcome into a home with everything he or she will ever want and ever had taken away from them."
Now everyone is cheering for us.
The DJ played some music, and at one point Zayn had one more time decided to be DJ Malik. We danced all night to some of our best songs ever and surely with all the alcohol we've consumed, it'd be a long night to remember, but not really. It was one of the best days of my life and it'd be impossible to forget.
"I'm really happy for you," Harry says, having joined me by the bar available.
"And I'm really happy for you," I tell him.
"I'm not the one getting married."
"But you will, one day. And I'm sure she'll be amazing, just like you are, yeah?" I continued.
"Kacey, shall we bare a toast to the new Mrs. Malik?" He chuckles.
"Indeed," I play along, with a posh accent.
I grab my wine and the glasses clank as we tap them together.
"To the new me, and the future of you," I add.
( A/N: I wasn't going to end it there with such a dramatic pause. I hope the epilogue cleared things up for anyone concerned. And who knows? There might be a sequel for Harry's future... If anyone would read it (this is the part where you comment 'yes I would definitely read the sequel to find out what happens to Harry' or 'that's a rubbish idea, no one would read it' below) )
