Chapter 20

I knew it. This was all too good to be true. It all happened so fast for either of us to look at reality.

The manager let go of us and put his hands on both our shoulders.

"It's bad news because tomorrow your going to have to wake up early TO GO PERFORM WITH THE BOYS AT LIVERPOOL!" he then pulls us in for another hug and I didn't even react.

Oh my god. I thought. Oh my god. OhmygodohmygodOHMYGODOHMYGOD!

"Are you serious? Your signing us?!" I ask him

"Well of course. I'd be stupid if I didn't. We've already found a team for you. Ashley and Gaby will be your hair stylist and make up artist. Nicole will be your stylist. Chris will be your vocal coach and also do most work with management."

"So do we go now?"

"Actually you have to change your group name. We've done extra research and there's a group in Japan called Born Lucky and we don't want any trouble. But the name Diamonds isn't. What do you think?"

"I LOVE IT!" Andrea says

Honestly I did like it. But Born Lucky had always been my motto, what got me thought the day. I made it up long before this band and the Japanese one and I've kept it. It was special too me. But this way at least I'd get too keep it.

"I ALSO LOVE IT."

"Diamonds it is!"

He escorts us to a room next door where we meet our team. they were all so nice and caring. I loved them already!

----- 5 pm that day-----

"Hi everyone this is Sugarscape and we are here LIVE on Ustream with Andrea and Kacey from Diamonds after being signed with Sony. How does that feel girls?"

"Honestly we can't even speak. Its an amazing feeling to go from singing in the streets for petty cash to what were about to do. We know it won't be easy but we will try our best" Andrea says

"That's great news now how is going on tour with the boys like?"

Andrea looks at me to talk but I stay quiet.

"Well they are really fun guys and they honestly are so sweet and we love them very much" she says

"And Kacey your dating Zayn right? What kind of boyfriend is he?"

"Yes I am. He's wonderful really. He's sweet and caring he'll throw in a surprise every now and then. Actually he's right over there!" I say pointing to the door where the boys walk in and take a seat at the table that was off camera to our left.

"Hey boys!" the interviewer said

"Heeeyy!"

"Well back to the interview! How did you guys come up with the name?"

"It was supposed to be Bor-"

"We had to make it up right now actually. The manager suggested it and Andrea and I loved it so we kept Diamonds." I say. No one must steal my quote. It will come out later but not now.

"You two have been friends for a while now right?" the interviewer asks

"Ever since 8th grade!" Andrea says pulling me in for a hug

"Do you guys have any inside jokes for the fans?"

"Well honestly I bet we barely have fans but if we do ever get more I guess they should know that everytime Kacey laughs her nose does this weird thing where it continuously flares up. Not in a burning way, her nostrils just open up and closes and every time I see it I point it out to make her blush"
