Chapter 16

  (Clyde Pov)

"I'm so bored!" I groaned I couldn't go on my phone because it died and no doctors are coming or nurses. looking over at the clock to see it just turned dinner time, shouldn't they come in with food?

I kept buzzing the button but nobody came, "hello? I'm in here" I called hoping someone would hear me. I lean backwards staring at the ceiling it was just plain white, I could hear movement outside in the halls making me smile.

I sigh but before I knew it the lights all went out making me gasp from fright, "h-hello?" I called out again hearing movement still. "oh hell no" I mumble bashing the buzz button, I wasn't going to get murdered like a girl in a movie! the door slowly open making my heart stop "Help!" I shouted scared.

"Clyde? are you ok?" a voice asked making me sigh "oh um not really could you get the doctor and get my lights back on?" I requested, it sounded like Token but I'm not really sure I couldn't see. after a moment the lights came back on making sigh happily, "sorry about that it seems like your room was the only room that the powerwent off weirdly" a Doctor said confuse.

I gave a small smile at him and looked over at Token, "brought you some taco bell" he responded showing off the goodies to me! "Token your the best!" I said grinning. Token nodded smiling at me as he walked over to me, "thanks again Doc" Token said waving over at the Doctor as he left.

"why you here?" I question seeing Token give me a confuse face "your my best friend and I just want to spend time with you before the day ends" Token mumble, I open the bag digging in "didn't you get anything?" I asked confuse.

Token stared at me then smiled "I've eaten already" he responded I shook my shoulders taking a big bite of my amazing taco! "so good" I mumble hearing Token chuckle, "it's your favorite kind" Token added making me grin at him.

"you didn't have to do that for me bro!" I replied taking another bite, I couldn't help but see Token watch me eat with a small smile. "hey Token?" I question after finishing my food, he hummed looking at me "what's wrong?" I asked getting worried.

"it's nothing j-just you know feeling lonely I guess" he responded, I reached my arms out for him giving him the sign of come here. he rolled his eyes at me walking over to my bed, I wrapped my arms around him hugging him "dude your my best friend you'll never be lonely when I'm here" I said grinning.

Token nodded slowly "thanks Clyde is it ok if I stay here for the rest of the day?" he mumble "don't you have school?" I question, Token never misses lessons only when he's sick or upset...

(Stan Pov)  

I stared at the flour as Kenny walked over to me, "sorry about the place being messy" Kenny said sticking his tongue out with a grin. I wiped my eyes drying away the tears, I felt like a baby in front of Kenny but I know he wants to help me.

"so Stan tell me what's wrong?" Kenny said getting to the point, he sat down next to me making sure he was facing me. "I d-don't how to feel anymore" I whispered, all I could think about was Kyle and Clyde I feel so guilty for loving Kyle, didn't I love Clyde?

"what made you feel like that?" Kenny whispered he was using his smooth voice but in a kind way instead of flirting, "I got a l-letter from Kyle that he confessed about liking me" I admitted Kenny smiled "I'm sure he would be happy knowing your happy with someone else and Kyle would always be here in your heart" Kenny responded hugging me.

"maybe your right" I whispered Kenny giggle beside me "that's the first" Kenny grinned at me making me confuse "what?" I question "you never say I'm right" Kenny said with a big smile.

I laughed at me him "sometimes your a dork" I replied after a while Kenny just stared at me "Stan do you love Clyde?" Kenny whispered, did I love Clyde? well I like him but I'm not sure what love is anymore...

"I think so" I mumble Kenny hummed at me "you should go see him" he stated, "what are you my mom?" I responded teasing Kenny as he resting his hand on his chest "Son how did you forget!" Kenny said acting hurt.

we both burst out laughing I can't help but hug Kenny after "come with me please?" I requested feeling Kenny nod on my shoulder, "sure thing Stan" he responded. after a long walk we made it to the hospital "lets go!" Kenny said grabbing my hand and rushing in.

I knocked on Clyde's door hearing no reply, Kenny looked over at me "maybe he's sleeping?" he whispered. I gently open the door seeing Clyde sleeping as Token was sleeping beside him on the chair, "Token's here?" Kenny said confuse.

Clyde gently open his eyes looking over at us "h-hey S-Stan" he whispered he sounded worst! "Clyde what's wrong?" I asked worried Clyde chuckle coughing a bit "n-not feeling that well I don't really understand it because I was feeling great t-this morning" Clyde responded confuse.

"I'll get a doctor" Kenny mumble walking out, I grabbed Clyde's hands feeling his hands are cold a bit, "Clyde how do you feel?" I whisper Clyde didn't say but smile "I'm f-fine" he coughed out.

I stared at him in the eyes seeing him using his cheeky smile on me, "Clyde I'm worried about you now" I admitted seeing Clyde sigh "I'll be fine honey" Clyde whispered I couldn't help but not believe him.

looking closer at Clyde he's skin looked more paler and he's coughing a lot more, "what's the problem here?" a Nurse asked she looked over at Clyde with worried eyes "oh may" she mumble "you boys should be leaving" she told us.

Kenny walked over to Token shaking him "w-what?" Token mumble Clyde coughed again as Token looked over at him "o-oh no" he whispered as tears welled up, "boys leave so I could check what's wrong with Clyde" she told us again.

Kenny and I brought Token out with us "I h-have to go!" Token shouted running away, I looked over at Kenny who looked confuse as well. "what's wrong with him?" I whispered Clyde would be fine...
