Once i saw my grandparents, i gave them both the biggest hug
"I miss you guys so much" I said letting go of the hug
" we miss you too" my grandma said
"we brought you something" My grandpa told me getting up, he went to his room and came back with a bag full of candies and chips from DR
"Oh my" I grabbed the bag quickly "Thanks" Opening it looking at all the goods
"We have to go to DR soon as a family" I nodded quickly and Joshua walked in the living room
"So when we going to go" He said, sitting next to me about to grab my bag but i slap his hand
"Probably summer or Decemberx" she said sitting on the couch, peeling some peas "where's your brother?"
"He is on a date" we all looked at him, except my grandpa who was watching tv
"With who?" my grandma and i said in union
"Nahla" he said bluntly
"Shes back! since when" my grandma said getting excited "Uhh i'm gone kill him for not telling me"
"Me too, I didn't know she was back" I said
"I don't know when she came back, but She has a shop down the street from my studio" He told us
"I knew those two were going to meet again" my grandpa said

"I'm honestly glad, I got to see you again"
"and i'm glad you decided to come back" I told her while play with my watch
"So why you left DR?"
"well, long story but since my Father passed away and we had move with my mom and that didn't go well and she sent us away" she nodded
"Being a bad guy"
"Well everyone has their times" I told her "So why did you leave?"
"Long story too, but my parents got a divorced and my mom moved with her current boyfriend to Paris so i had to with her since she had custody of me"
"Never thought of your parents ever getting a divorce"
"Me either, they been together for a long time" I nodded
We started to catch up more and enjoy our food, till i got a text from Riley
"So, i want you to see some people" She nodded
"Sure" we got up and i payed the bill
We walked together to my grandma's house
"Wow nothing has really changed" She said amused
"Nothing at all" I told her, opening the door for her, once we got to the my grandpa apartment the door flew open revealing my grandma
"Oh my god, Nahla look at you" They gave each other a hug "Come in" We both walked in revealing Riley, Kairi, Benjamin and Joshua sitting on the couch watching Basketball game until they saw us
"Nahla!" Riley got up exciting hugging her "Wow girl you look good"
"So do you Le" Nahla said with a smile
"Don't remember me" Benjamin said and they hugged, I gave him a look and he chuckle, letting go of the embrace
"Oh my goshh, its really good getting to see you guys" she said "My bad, I didn't see you I'm Nahla and you must be..?" she said facing Kairi who was still sitting down
"I'm Kairi, Dean's cousin"
"Nice to meet you Kairi" she smiled
We all started to catch up and talk to more, and looking around I thank god for my friends and hopefully Dean gets out soon.
