Lately i haven't be hearing from Kairi and word around is that she got a boyfriend, every time i tried talking to her or sending her a text she wouldn't answer which is very weird from her. Which is why its better that i don't have any friends.
"Why the face kid" Benjamin asked sitting next to me on the couch
"Nothing"
"You sure"
"Yeah, i'm positive"
"Well you going to your aunt's barbecue?"
"Definitely, I'll be there"
"Alright, I'll pick you up" I nodded
We kept talking until my stepdad got home and they went out, I decided to take a nap since i had time, I texted benjamin and told him when he gets back to wake me up.

At the other side of town, Joshua was hanging out at the studio finishing up some beats.
Ricky and Nahla were pulling up to her salon to finished some touches for the grand opening, they slowly are developing feelings for each other but Ricky wants to take it slow.
While Benjamin was out with his dad, he kinda notice how rude his dad is around Riley.
"Here, you drink right?" His dad asked handing him a beer, they were currently at the restaurant
"Yeah, I do" he nodded
"How's your mom?"
"She's good" it was quiet for a few, "Dad, do you get along with Riley?"
"Yeah why you ask?" He frown
"No reason, just cause every time you come around she gets up and leave"
Allot of stuff started rushing in his head, and he couldn't wait till he sees her. He finished his beer before speaking again, Benjamin hasn't even touched his, he just wanted to know, because every time he went to his dad house it seem like they all don't get along
"You going to school" he said changing the topic
"Its good, how's work?"
"It's fine"
"Dad, you know you don't have to lie to me" His dad nodded
"Yeah I know"
"I'm just letting you know, because i don't want our relationship to be based on lies"
They finished their lunch, and went back to his dad house. Benjamin Knocked slowly on Riley door and got no answer so he open and saw her peacefuly sleeping.
He walked towards her and moved her hair from her face
"RIley, wake up" He said pushing her a little
She opened her eyes slowly, and nodded
"I'll be out in a few" Benjamin got out the room, closing the door behind him
Riley got up and did her hygiene, she put a black t shirt, with black ripped and flip flops.
She fixed her hair around before walking out.
Benjamin got up, when he saw her come out
"You ready?" She nodded grabbing her keys off the table
They walked in silence to the elevator, once they made it to the car they drove to their detonation.
Riley got out, greeting some of her family members, while Benjamin went to chill with the guys. She was feeling good, having all her family around and being able to see them.
She was now sitting with Nahla, Ricky, Benjamin and her cousins.
"Where is Joshua?" One of her cousins asked
"He was supposed to be here a while ago" Riley said taking out her phone to text him
"Isn't that him?" Nahla said , pointing to the other side of the park
"Who is that with him?" He was walking with someone, Ricky took his phone out and zoom in with the camera
"Its that necessary?" Benjamin asked, shaking his head
"Yes, I'm blind son"
Joshua walked to where his aunts, uncles and grandparents were introducing his guest, when he was done, he made his way to the squad.
"Finally, you have arrive" Ricky said
"Hey guys, I want you to meet my boo Zoe"
