Not to my surprise the morning was just like any other for me.  I was rushed and panicked running around the house to make sure I had everything.  My sister was smart and got all of her stuff ready last night.

Once I got everything that I needed together, I went downstairs and ate breakfast in record time.

"Hey, what took you so long?"  My sister teased me.

"Don't act like you don't know how mornings work for me."

"You nervous?"

Yeah, more than I thought I would be.  How about you?"

"Not really.  Do you know what your first class is?"

"Not a clue.  How about you?"

"I don't know either.  I think we have to get our schedules at the office."

"We should go or we are going to be even more late than we all ready are."

I took dad's keys to the red pickup truck and drove us to school.  Once we entered the parking lot I could really feel the butterflies in my stomach.  Sofia jumped right out of the car and headed to the office to get her schedule.  I followed a snail's pace behind her, not wanting to even enter the building.

"Hello, you must be Ella."  The secretary greeted me.

"Yes, nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too."

"I'm here for my schedule."

"Yes it's printing right now."

While I was sitting in the office waiting for my schedule to print a girl came in and sat next to me.

"Hi, are you Ella!  I'm Angela.  I'm so excited to meet you!"

"Hi, uhhh---"

"Yes!  I'm the girl that emailed you.  My friends and I are so excited to meet you!  We would love to have a new addition to our group.  Right now it's pretty much just me, Mike, Eric, and Jessica.

"Sounds great."

"Honey here's your schedule, have a great day."

"Come on, your in my homeroom."

I somewhat arranged my stuff in my locker and studied my schedule until homeroom was over.  My first class was calculus, then I had social studies and art.  After that was lunch and the rest of the day I just had to get through.  Angela seemed really nice and...full of energy.  I was excited to meet the rest of my new "group."

Jumping into the middle of a calculus lesson was definitely not the easiest task.  I was confused for the whole class but pretended like I knew what I was doing.  I have pretty much the worst social studies teacher.  She seems like a real witch, and in art we watched a documentary on taking the perfect photograph.  I enjoyed that class the most.  As I walked back to my locker I was starting to realize how much I missed home and all of my friends.

"Ready to go to lunch?  I heard it's chicken nuggets today."  Angela broke up my thoughts.

"Yeah, are they any good?"

"Super."

After I bought my lunch and Angela led me to my new lunch table.

"Oh my gosh, hello, so nice to meet you!  I'm Jessica."

"Hi, I'm Eric, how's it going?"

"Hey, I'm Mike."  He said this with a blushing smile that made everybody laugh.

"Hey everybody, I'm Ella."  I had no idea what else to say.

"How did you like social studies?"  Eric asked me.

"It's my first day here and I can all ready tell that that teacher is ugh."

"You got that right."  Jessica added.

Then they started going off about some video game they were playing in science class, when something interested me.

This beautiful couple who looked flawless entered the cafeteria, followed by another couple.

"Who are they?"  I asked my group.

"They are the Fowlers."  Angela answered."

When all of a sudden a stunning boy walked in alone, not a part of a couple.

"That's Edward, totally gorgeous but don't drool over him.  Apparently nobody here is good enough for him."  Jessica said.

"I wasn't planning on it."
