~~~ The Kremlin
The two shuttles landed at the Kremlin and at the Forbidden City. When the doors opened Myriam walked out of one and Myrna out of the other. They were met by a heavy security presence. Both were giving the buildings a good look and were fascinated by the different buildings, *Wow, this place is huge and fascinating.* Myrna was looking around the parts of the Forbidden City she could see.
Myriam had to agree. The Kremlin was incredible. The construction was so different than anything which would be found on Folicia, *Tell me about it. I'm going to have to upload this footage to the ship so people can watch it.* She wasn't sure what the style of architecture was but it was beautiful.
A junior officer greeted Myriam, "Ma'am, we are your security for the time you are here. If you will follow me, I'll show you to where the potential patients are located." He clicked his heels even as he saluted her. He gave the two red suits a good look and gave them a nod.
Myriam moved forward and took one of his arms, "Thank you, and shall we? I'd like to meet the people you've selected and head to the ship." She could sense his reaction to her taking his arm, "Relax. Folician's are tactile and this is very normal for us. I assume you will be coming with to help with the people, right?" She figured someone would be coming up and he felt like a person to do it.
"Um, not me but someone will be going up with you." He was a young officer and her attention was making him blush. She might be an alien, but she was still very attractive.
"I'll talk to whoever is in charge and ensure you are the officer who comes up. It isn't a problem and you feel like a good person to help." Since they'd be spending the night she was going to invite him to her room if he wished. Hands was enjoyable, but variety was nice, and he was young and would probably be a great deal of fun.
He sighed but didn't say anything else until they entered the room with the people selected, "This is Liraque Myriam and she's going to talk to you and choose the ten who can handle going to their ship. If you aren't selected it doesn't mean you won't be treated. It simply means she isn't sure you can handle what you'll see and experience. Don't take offense if not selected." He watched her since she was already walking through the twenty people.
Myriam was handing out hugs and comforting the selectees as she was moving through the room. When she came to a woman with a pup she gave her a good hug, "You and your son will be going with. We will take care of both of you." She kept moving even as one of the soldiers urged the woman to one side of the room. It didn't take Myriam long to select the ten. A number she simply wasn't comfortable with. They'd probably do well but they just gave off a vibe which bothered her. Once she was done she glanced at the young officer, "To the shuttle and you will be coming with." She wrapped her arm around his and walked out with the ten selected. The two Red Suits traded looks since they knew what Myriam was thinking.
She had to deal with a senior officer and growled at him when he tried to force a different officer to accompany them, "No. If you have a problem with his coming with then contact Ambassador Hands. He will make the decision."
It left him with little choice and he bowed down to her demands, "Fine. Ensure all goes well Junior Lieutenant. If there are problems, I'll deal with you when you come back." He stomped off as the people were being directed onto the shuttle and shown where to sit and to relax as some nano straps came out and secured them in. Once all were secured the shuttle lifted of and aimed towards the sky.
"The hull is going to look clear but it's still there. We are showing you how the Earth looks. If the view bothers you let me know." The projectors made the hull look clear and showed them leaving the ground. The seats weren't blanked out to give them some sort of sense of support, "Enjoy the view please. It'll take about an hour to reach the ship." She leaned against the officer.
