Ik you all probably hate me and I have no excuse for pretty much abandoning this story but I finally have inspiration but I need your help. I am torn between two scenarios for wrapping this story up.

Which on do you like better?

I planned on 2 alternative endings but there will be one thing that will be similar for both endings. I'd hate to spoiler but I trust you ;) so anyways, all of these chapters, were all a crazy dream (ik, ik, I'm sorry) that is a coping mechanism for Merris for each event in described in either scenarios.

1) We (as readers) go back to the present when she's 17 YEARS OLD and just about to give birth. Her mind is frantic as stress overwhelms her and she just transitioned into labor. She's alone (except for Taylor) and home sick and really sad as she thinks about her baby's future. Just as she reached 10 cms (the circumsize which the baby can finally pass through the birth canal if you didn't know) Dr. Carlisle steps in as a visting doctor (who suprises her but he lies to the hospital that she requested specifically to gain access) who is joined with the rest of his family outside in the waiting room. There in a specific series, different people from her past pop in:

-Billy (who is very well alive but she dreams him as dead because of her extreme guilt for leaving him behind) gets in by claiming he's her father (a very symbolic statement because he pretty much adopts the role)

-Then Rose, Leah, and Seth, who band together to support Merris (as doting best friends)

-Then Sam and Embry (because like the dream, they are also her half brothers but Ava -her bitch of a mother- is her real mother *she only dreamed of Jenna to replace Ava because she didn't see her fit as mother. Psychologically, it fits.)

After they all come in, they serve the purpose to convince Merris whether or not Jacob should come back into her life, kind of life the ghost of Christmas' path, you know what I mean?

-FINALLY Jacob who isn't allowed in until AFTER the baby's birth. I won't reveal the rest because I don't want to ruin it for you. XD

OR

2) Fastforwarding to the present she's 23 years old, lives successfully as a fifth grade teacher, in a comfortable little condo on the outskirts of a middle-class Boston suburb, raising her 6 year old alone. She explains what brought on the strange dream after she had just completed a strenuous court battle with her mom over her dad's estate. (Merris won as the FBI and IRS began to investigate Ava for money laundering and fraud.) She reveals the revelations that Ava explained her real father was infact Joshua Uley -verifying the fact she is in fact Sam's half sister and possibly Embry's, too.

The stress of the case has gotten to her as she had paid off the attorney bills with the millions she had inherited and she stored the rest away for her son's -Lee (named after Leah as a notion of appreciation) -college fund. (He's pretty much set for life.)

Lee also has an uncanny resemblence to Carson -thus how she remembers him. Distrubed and frightened by the dream, she consults with Leah who recieved a degree in psychology who explains its a defense/coping mechanism after the recent events in her life. She also reveals its also triggered by the fact Merris had acquired the mansion in La Push and she should plan to visit down there to check out the estate -planning to sell it because she doens't want to deal with it or keep roots in WA. Leah says it's the perfect oppertunity to close open ends and maybe introduce Lee to the pack as the question about whether or not he would inherit the werewolf gene haunts Marisol.

She decides she needs to do it and takes Lee to La Push where she starts cleaning up the house a little bit (Seth and Leah come to help, with his new girlfriend Olivia XD -she pretends to not know her -which in reality she doesn't because she only knew her in the dream -and start clean and they two hit it off-) Not soon after they settled in (about a day or two) Sam knocks wondering what the hell is going on. Marisol wants to leave the air clean so she puts everything out on the table that she learned in court -about being half-siblings. He's angry and in denial at first but embraces it and hugs his sister, so it gives her some relief.

On that same day, she heads to the local machanics to get snow tires for the weather (her car wasn't made for the ice and snow) and comes face to face with Jacob who is shell-shocked. I won't reveal the rest for this one either ;)

So in your opinion, which scenario should I do? I'm really torn here. I'd greatly appreciate your input!!
