No matter how many times she used her quirk she didn't think she'd ever be able to get use to the head rush. Her eyes went cross eyed for a moment before she settled into the seat she had appeared in, a smug look on her face as she stared at Shinso's back. He was leaning forward and she prayed he hadn't thrown up, it wasn't that much of a change to begin with anyway.

"You should probably sit down before you get in trouble," she said, and from his seat on the table he whipped his head around to face her.

"What is it exactly?" He asked with an interested look in his eye, whilst also turning himself around and sitting in Kazuno's seat.

"Even though I'm sure you've got the general idea, I'll only tell you mine if you tell me yours." Kazuno crossed her arms over her chest and stared at Shinso with her mismatched eyes. She wanted answers, and she was going to get them however she tried.

"Is it some sort of teleportation?" He asked whilst standing up to return to his own seat, and she did the same.

"I guess you could say that," she mused "but basically I can swap locations with anyone whose DNA I've been exposed to." She finished, "oh! That's why I touched you pr forehead earlier, sorry about that..." she added, the apples of her cheeks heating slightly with her embarrassment and apology.

"And they eyes?" Shinso asked, fixing her with a stare.

"I can visualise, or see with my purple eye where the other person is, so if they're like, in the other room."

"How far away can that person be?" He quirked his brow and tilted his entire head to the side.

"That depends, but I'm getting an awful lot of questions and no answers." She gave him a smile and waved her hand to encourage him to speak.

"Are you sure you want to know?" He asked, there was a strange look in his eye; one that Kazuno didn't think she'd be able to describe.

"Absolutely!" She nodded her head, but something felt off.

The air around them had changed, turning stagnant and thick. Shinso didn't look her directly in the eye with his own tired ones, and he had drawn his hand up to rub the back of his neck. Whatever sensation Kazuno was feeling, it made her cautious to even open her mouth again. It was like an aura of something indescribable rolled off the boy before her in waves, yet something about it, no matter how dangerous it may have seemed compelled her to keep smiling.

"And you won't think any differently of me?" This time he met her eye, it wasn't a question but more of a threat.

This caused her to pause. Whatever was about to happen next, Kazuno had the feeling that Shinso did not want to tell her about his quirk. The entire time she had spoken to him he was reserved, yet charismatic, but he only wanted to talk about things other than himself. Something strange crept around and underneath her skin as she realised he was trusting her with something he would have otherwise kept silent. This was far from his comfort zone, and guilt tapped at her chest for even considering to ask something so personal.

"Of course not, why would I?" She shook her head and watched as he took a shaky breath. "You don't look like the type who puts much faith in other people's faith to begin with."

Shinso's eyes darted down before flickering back up to greet her, albeit it appeared unwillingly. His small gesture caused her to leap forward and wrap her hand around his wrist, forcing him to look her in the eye. Her face was determined and something gleamed in her eyes as brightly as her fiery hair.

"Shinso, if you don't want to tell me you don't have to," she blurted out, her hot breath fanning his face—they were very close after all. "But if we're going to work together to get into the hero course, we need to know each other. Trust each other."
