Chapter 15

I missed Sasuke, even if we have been through a lot. I just missed the way we were. He always made me happy, I just can't believe of took a run to the park to figure it out. I rolled on my back again. Was he awake when I kissed him, or did he think it was a dream? What ever it was I'm glad he didn't open his eyes. Loud breathing kept coming from Sasuke way. He was sleeping so peacefully. The day soon became night and that Sasuke was still sleeping. What has he been doing that made him so tied to sleep through the city's noise? I asked myself, should I wake him? He looks so quiet and peaceful. It would be a shame to wake him. I stared at him. When will I get to sleep like that again?

I counted the stars as much as I could. I had to do something to keep myself busy. I waited as long as I could for Sasuke eyes to pop open. He finally came to the world of the living. Looking around, he was at a lost to where he was. He must have forgotten he was still at the park. ''Are you awake sleeping beauty?'' He did nothing, but smile. ''Yea, how long?'' I got up on my toes and stretched. Laying down for a long time really stiffens your muscles. ''Some hours, that's all.

After taking that in Sasuke also got to his feet. ''Do you want me to walk you home?'' I looked up at him and nodded. ''Sure, it would be an honor.'' We started walking. We weren't even half way there and we were already met with silence. Maybe I'll ask him on a date this time, if only I don't cancel on him. I glanced over to him. He was walking with his hands in his pants pocket. He was just so tal it hurts my neck when I look up at him. It wasn't his fault I was so short compared to him. I got my height from my mom and he probably got his from his dad.

But like always Sasuke bet me to the asking out on date part. ''(Name) my brother had expanded his company again, and I was wondering if you would be my date to his congratulation party.'' Man he always had to have the first ask out. ''I would love to, but I don't have anything fancy to wear.'' It's true that I don't have nothing to wear, however, even if I did I would be scared to go. Plus I'm still tiredfepm not getting any sleep lately.

Sasuke must have read my mind.We stopped at my door step. He grabbed my hand. ''Look don't worry so much. You just rest and let me take care of everything. I owe you that much. You're always stressed out. Just let me take care of you this time okay.'' Those words did he really mean it? He still had my hand in his waiting for an answer. I nodded undecidedly. ''O-okay.''

I felt warmth leave my hands with the sign of them falling to my side. He's leaving me without a goodnight kiss. I felt kind of sad. That little argue we had really took us back a step. I tried to open my mouth to tell him goodbye or anything to end the night with. Instead of words nothing came out. He kept walking getting farther away from me. I could do nothing, but share at his back. Wait Sasuke I want to tell you goodnight, so please wait come back. I wanted to say those words to him, but he had already left from my vision.

I went inside and closed the door. A day to relax sounds good. Maybe then I could get some sleep. I don't have to worry about anything, because Sasuke says he will take care of me. I was glad he said that. I have been stressed out lately and it would be nice to lay back without moving a muscle. Thank you Sasuke!
