So I finished the last chapter all in one night I feel like I'm on a roll.
So, I've been working overnight shifts, and as someone who works primarily during the day, it's hard to adjust to. But I've had a couple days off, so I've been able to write. Also, just wanted to thank everyone who's reading this. Seeing the comments and votes makes my day.

Junmyeon's POV
...
"You worry me, you know," Baekhyun said affectionately as we both sat at one end of the dining table. "What happened last night? You spent the rest of the night looking like your soul left your body." I pushed my cereal around in its bowl, turning it to mush, but I honestly didn't care.
"Nothing happened," I said at last. "Yixing danced with me. And then he left to go find his fiance and I didn't see him again." Except in that dream I had last night, but I wasn't telling Baekhyun that. At least, I'm pretty sure it was a dream. It had to have been. There's no way real life Yixing would kiss me like that. "I'm just tired."
"Don't forget, King Kim, that after breakfast, your reign begins." I groaned, thunking my head on the table. I didn't need reminding. It was still strange to hear, even if I'd known this was coming for months. King Kim. King Junmyeon. I was king now.
"Good morning." I turned to the sound of a third voice. Yixing sat across from Baekhyun. "Why are you both up so early?"
"Why are you?" Baekhyun countered. "It's only seven in Beijing." Yixing shrugged, glancing to me.
"Breakfast sounded nice," he responded. "But it looks like it's cold cereal this morning." Baekhyun did slide a bowl over to him, and Yixing helped himself to some cereal. "Ying Yue is still sleeping, which is why she isn't joining us this morning. Luhan's up though."
"Text him and tell him to come up," I said. "I want to see him." Yixing obliged, whipping out his phone and typing away quickly. He set his phone on the table after that, and the three of us lapsed into a sort of awkward silence. Baekhyun coughed lightly, looking back and forth between the two of us. But the door opening a second time saved us all from the awkward encounter. I breathed a small sigh of relief when Luhan stepped across the threshold.
"Your Majesty," he greeted me with a sweeping bow. But once he straightened, he grinned at me. "It's good to see you again Junmyeon." He made his way over. I abruptly stood, rushing to meet him. When he was close enough, I embraced him. He laughed, his arms circling around me as well. "Is this any way for a king to behave?" he joked. "Congratulations by the way."
"It's good to see you Luhan," was all I responded with, knowing full well I should let him go. But I just couldn't. And the longer I held him, the more my emotions were beginning to bubble to the surface. I think he sensed that, because suddenly he was leaning a little closer to me. "Are you alright?" he asked quietly.
"Yeah, yeah I'm fine," I said, finally pulling away from him. "Just a bit overwhelmed with everything." He guided me back to my spot at the table. I once again saw why Yixing loved Luhan so much.
"You got this Junmyeon," Luhan told me. I glanced up to him. "Your father wouldn't have asked you to take over so soon if you weren't ready for it. And I'm only a phone call or a text away if you ever need anything."
"Thank you Luhan," I breathed, feeling a little better about the whole situation. "Yixing's lucky to have you around." He laughed, patting my back as he stepped away. "Help yourself to some breakfast," I said to him. "That's an order."
"Yes sire," Luhan said, sitting next to Yixing and pouring himself a bowl of cereal as well. We lapsed into silence again, but this one was a lot more comfortable. "How has the bride hunt gone?" Luhan asked between bites. I set my spoon down.
