Nitara was glaring at the girl in front of her, who has the audacity to still be standing there with a smirk.

Lena was becoming more and more angry as the seconds pass by.

Nitara bit her lip and was tapping her right foot to keep a check on her anger, a trick Oliver told her about, as she became angry too quickly.

Finally she calmed down a bit, closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She kept chanting in her head,

'It's my first day.'

'I don't want to hurt her.'

'A lot of pack members are here.'

'Voilence is never a good option.'

With her temper in check she opened her eyes, praying to the god above that the girl would not be there anymore.

But she was surely disappointed.

The rest of the barbie crew has joined her too, and now all of them were sniggering. They were slightly towering over Nitara as she was quite short 5'4" to be exact. And all these girls seem to be around 5'8" and above.

Despite the height difference Nitara knew she could easily take all the four down.

'Violence is never a good option.'

With that thought she turned around to leave. But apparently these barbies sure as don't love their limbs.

Gabriel was watching all this from a distance. He wanted to help that little girl but it would give the wrong idea to all the pack members. So, he refrained.

Plus, Tasha was Zachary's sister. She was the only girl he tolerated, because of that the whole pack had thought that she was his mate. No one had the guts to come and ask him otherwise. But he only saw her a little sister and that's all. He was not sure whose side to take. But he didn't get much time to ponder on that thought.

Apparently the shorty wasn't so fragile, after all.

Tasha held her arm and turned Nitara  towards them once again.

"And where do you think you are going, mutt?"

"We don't think we told you that you can leave." said another one of the barbies.

Nitara just pulled her arm out of Tasha's hand and started tapping her foot again in a futile attempt to control her anger.

She knew that she was past that point till now.

"I dont think i need your permission for going anywhere."

Tracey was watching all this go down. She didn't wanted her friend to be in trouble. And right now Nitara's smart-mouth would surely get her in trouble. A lot of people were just watching the girls. So she interupted the altercation,

"Just leave her be guys."

"Ohh, so the runt speaks now." Bree said with a chuckle.

Tracey's wolf was smaller in size than an average wolf. Everybody knew that it was a sore spot for her.

And the other three joined in.

Nitara was past furious by this point.

"Don't make me hurt you." she warned them in a low voice, not wanting to attract anymore attention then already was on them.

At this all four girl stopped their chuckling and had expression turned to one of rage.

But that were nothing compared to the storm that was building inside Nitara.

"You dare!"

Tasha raised her hand to slap her, but Nitara caught her hand in the mid and twisted it so that now Tasha's back was facing her.

Seeing this Bree tried to hit her too. The keyword being tried. She ended up the same way as Tasha.

Nitara then kicked them both one by one in the backside of their knees, sending them to the ground, whimpering.

It all just happened in the matter of 10 seconds.

At one, Gabriel saw Tasha raise her hand to slap the little girl and in ten seconds Tasha and Bree were on the ground on their knees, one of each girl's hand in Nitara's fists, twisted behind their backs.

Gabriel couldn't help but look at the girl, his eyes filled with wonder.

She was much stronger and faster for her size.

"Listen here, and listen carefully, because i won't be repeating this again."

When they showed no sign of protest Nitara continued,

"First, never grab me from behind unless you don't love your limbs and want them seperated from your bodies."

"Second, don't ever raise your hands on me. I am not some girl who would let you walk all over me. So, don't even try."

"Third, and this is the most important one. Never, ever insult a friend of mine. You won't like the consequences."

"Do I make myself clear?"

When she heard nothing, she twisted their hands a bit more.

"I said, do I make myself clear?"

This time her voice got a bit deeper, ringing with authority.

The two girls just whimpered and tilted their heads to the left side, exposing their neck as a sign of submission.

She let their hands go. The other two girls helped them up and scattered away from there.

Nitara looked around people had all range of emotions on their faces, some were of awe, some of fear, some wondering how a girl so short could do such thing, some even wolf-whistled. Ironic.

Having all these eyes on her made her nervous and fidgety.

She started to walk away. Tracey tried to follow but stopped after she got a look from Nitara that clearly said 'I want to be alone for now.'

Alpha Reed then spoke,

"That was Nitara Aryana, the new member of our pack. I would appreciate if you all will be welcoming of her. And what just happened should not repeat."

Gabriel just watched her walk towards the woods with a new found respect for that girl.

This girl is something else.

She was not annoying, left him surprised, was adorable and fearsome at the same time. She never ceased to surprise him.

He didn't know how, but he knew that she was going to the clearing when he saw her walk towards the woods.

He would go there in sometime.

For now she needs time for herself.

Nitara walked towards the forest. When she was sure that she was out of the eye-sight of any of the pack members. She took of her clothes and neatly stashed them under a bush that was under a nearby tree.

She then changed into her wolf form. Her wolf's fur was dark greyish and her eyes were the same as her human form.

Unlike her human form, her wolf was a bit bigger than an average size wolf as she was a beta's daughter.

After getting in her wolf form, she ran around a bit and then found herself in the clearing that she stumbled upon in the morning.

She went by the lake and sat there with her head down and eyes closed and let the nature do its magic.

Just like that she drifted off to sleep.
