Nitara and Gabriel entered his home hand in hand. Gabriel could hear his mom in the kitchen working around. His dad was sitting in the family room reading something from a file.

Alpha Jeremiah looked up and saw them walking in the room, then his eyes zeroed on their intertwined hands.

"Dad." Gabriel nodded towards his dad smiling lightly.

"Gabriel." the Alpha gave a nod in return.

"Hello Alpha." Nitara gave him a nervous wave.

"Hello Nitara." he gave her a generous smile to somewhat ease her nerves.

There was the sound of footsteps and Gabriel's mom stepped inside.

"Oh! Hi! You are finally here." Luna Eva said smiling brightly. She was in a jovial mood as Nitara was the first girl that her son has ever brought home.

"Hello Luna Eva." Nitara greeted back with a shy smile tucking back a strand of hair behind her ear.

And the Next thing she knew, she was pulled into a tight embrace. Her eyes widened as she looked at Gabriel, but he just stood there chuckling and shaking his head at her mother's enthusiasm.

It was Alpha Jeremiah who came to her rescue.

"Dear, lets not overwhelm the girl. Let her stay for a little bit, yeah?"

Luna Eva pulled back with a pout.

"Sorry, I am just a little bit.."

"Little bit?" her husband interupted. Luna just threw him a glare and continued,

"Okay, a lot excited to meet you. Gabriel has never bought anyone home except for Zarchary. I didn't mean to overwhelm you."

Nitara was flustered. Seeing the couples slight loving banter.

"Umm.. no.. its.. its alright.. umm.. Luna.. its fine."

"Please call me Eva. No need of these formalities."

"Umm.. okay Eva."

"Hey, that's so not fair. When i told you to call me by my name you choose to stick with Alpha."

Nitara got red at this and started biting her tongue. Gabriel was however enjoying his parents teasing her. He liked seeing her blushing.

"Okay mom, dad. Enough."

"Geez. Sometimes we think he is our parents. Relax a bit Gabriel.

Nitara giggled at this.

Gabriel would have been irritated by his father's snarky comment if it hadn't been of that beautiful sound that emitted from the girl standing beside him. Now he was just watching her with heart eyes.

Alpha and Luna were watching their son, so engrossed by this girl.

All they have ever wanted was their son to be happy. After the snobby girl rejected him, they have lost their son. He had become a hard person.

Gabriel used to be so kind to everyone, he had the smile that could better anyone's day, his eyes shone with so much passion.

But once he got rejected, he worked hard and became so tough. Somehow in that process he lost his smile, and the glint of passion became dull too.

Now when they see their son looking at their son, they see the Gabriel with that enigmatic smile and a passion fiercer than before. Even the Alpha couple had no doubt that their son was in love with this girl.

This incredible girl who had brought back their son.

They were glad that he got a second chance.
