Amanda Klein couldn't sleep this very night. She thought about going to pack kitchen to see if there were leftovers from the meal earlier.

However, when she unlocked her door and was about to step out, when she froze.

There was Gabriel walking with a girl in his arms, sleeping. He didn't paid any attention to the girl standing, he was enchanted  with the girl in his arms, who will soon be his.

Only his.

His choosen mate.

Amanda just stood there watching him enter her room. It was ten minutes later that he came out of her room with a smile on his face

'Gabriel was smiling?' Amanda thought, shocked, 'Well, this is a rare sight. I should go tell Tasha.'

Yeah, she was one of the four barbies.

She walked towards Tasha's room that was just around the corner of the hallway. She reached the room and there were moans coming from the other side of the door.

Amanda smirked.

'Oh she is busy. I will tell her in the morning.'

She went to her room with a sly smirk on her face.

'Oh, the drama that will ensue.' she thought and giggled.

Nitara woke up in her bed. A smile appeared on her face when she thought about yesterday night. Finally she was getting the affection that she desired ever since she lost her parents.

When she was with Gabriel she felt loved. She can put her guard down. With him she can be the immature 18 year old girl and not the mature and independent girl that she was when everyone was around her. It was just like being around with her adoptive family.

Her family.

She again forget to make the call to them. She picked up her phone from the bedside table. And dialled the all to familiar number.

He picked up only after two rings.

"Hello stranger." came his amused voice with a hint of sarcasm.

She chuckled at Hudson. Sometimes the older boy was worse than his little siblings.

"Hi Hudson."

"Well how can I assist you, madam?"

"Cut the crap Hudson."

"Well you will get the crap if you don't call your dearest brother in a week. This is bad Tara."

At this she felt guilty. She knew he was concerned about her. He was always the one who came to her room the nights she cried and held her. He was affected from her bad moods.

When they were little even before deaths of her parents Hudson cared for her like an older brother. He would give her his chocolates.

People used to say that they would be mates when they grow up but they never had these feelings for each other.

"I am sorry. I was a bit occupied."

"Ooooooo..." came his voice from the other end.

"May i ask what has got you so occupied that you didn't have time to call. We all miss you a lot, you know."

"I know. I know. I will come soon for a visit. I will like you all to meet someone." she told him shyly.

"You met your mate!" It was not a question. Just a statement.

"Yeah! I think I found the one." her smile turned into a full blown grin.

She didn't liked lying to her family so she couldn't say that Gabriel was her mate.
