Gabriel woke up, his face wad buried in the crook of Nitara's neck. Her back was pressed to his chest. He had his arms around her mid-riff. Their legs were tangled together.

'I don't want to wake up alone ever.' he thought looking at her.

'Yeah, I like waking up to her, hers being the first scent I take in, being the first person I see.' Kaiden agreed with him.

'Do you think, I should ask her to move in with me?"

'No, it's too early. Just wait until she lets us mark her.'

Gabriel nodded in understanding.

'I just wish it would be soon. I just want to make her mine and give her every happiness there is in this world.'

Gabriel pressed a kiss to her hairs. She stirred a bit and then her brown eyes fluttered open. She turned in his arms facing him and looked at him with a tired smile.

Gabriel's breath hitched when he saw how cute she looked giving him a lazy smile, wearing his t-shirt, hairs all messed up.

"Good mornin' baby." Nitara said in an adorable baby.

Gabriel's heart went into overdrive.

'She called me baby for the first time, in that voice. Is she trying to kill me or something?'

'Yes, she is." Kaiden grunted in response.

"Good morning love." he bent down to capture her lips for a sweet kiss.

Nitara got up after the kiss and walked towards the bathroom,

"I am gonna freshen up and have a shower."

"Okay love. I will be downstairs."

She nodded and went inside the bathroom.

Gabriel got out of bed and put on some sweatpants and went downstairs. He saw his mom in the kitchen. He could not sense his dad in the house.

He entered the kitchen,

"Dad went out?"

His mom looked up from the pancakes she was making,

"Yeah, he went to look into some pack business. Is Nitara up?"

"Yeah, she is in the shower."

"I wanted to apologize to her for yesterday night."

"Mum, you don't have to. She understands why you asked her about her mate. She is very mature."

Luna Eva looked at her son and saw the smile on his face when he was talking about Nitara.

"Yeah, she is. At such a young age, she is better then half the people who are older than her."

"I know mum, that is why I love her."

"You love her?" Eva said with raised her eyebrows.

"Yes mum, I do and i don't think I would have even loved my real mate as much as I love her."

Luna Eva smiled at her boy. She was liking this girl more and more with every passing minute.

"I will be back in a bit."

Gabriel said and left the kitchen.

A few minutes later Eva was done with the pancakes. Nitara came downstairs and entered the kitchen.

"Good morning Nitara."

"Morning Eva."

"Nitara, I wanted to apol.."

"Luna, you don't have to. You are his mother and I know you would be worried about him. I understand. I don't have any hard feelings for you."

Eva just looked at the girl with awe writter all over her face.

"Gabriel is right. You are very mature."

Nitara blushed slightly.

"And you are too cute. Thank you Nitara for making him happy. You don't have any idea how much I appreciate that. Now he smiles like when he was a little boy."

"It's not just one way Eva. He makes me very happy too. I.. I.. love him."

Eva's heart swelled from the love these two shared. She took her in her warm embrace.

"So, lets have breakfast."

The two ladies sat at the table, talking about nothing in particular.

Gabriel came back after showering to see the two of them talking and giggling.

"What are you two giggling about?"

Nitara looked at him with a smirk,

"Oh nothing, just how you once sleep walked naked to the pack house when you were fourteen."

Gabriel eyes widened.

"Mum! You don't have to tell her about that. Stop embarassing me."

"Ohh pwease! There is nothing to be embarassed about. You were just hilarious when you were a wittle boy." Nitara said in a teasing tone, doing her best baby impression.

However, she failed. But still a smile appeared on Gabriel's face at the antics of this silly girl.

He sat down with them and they finished their breakfast together, Eva telling her more about Gabriel's childhood.

Its noon and they both were walking towards the pack house hands entwined.

"So, would you like to go on a date with me tonight?" Gabriel asked her rubbing his thumb on the back of her palm.

"Tonight?"

"Yeah! Tonight."

"Okay."

"Okay."

They both just smiled and walked forward. Then Nitara's curiosity piqued.

"What are we doing?"

"Umm.. I was thinking about something simple. I can cook and we can eat by the lake side... but we can go somewhere else if you don't want that.. I mean.."

"Gabriel."

"Hmm?"

"Relax. I love this idea. How about I cook something up too?"

Gabriel looked down at her,

"Yeah, that would be good."

Nitara's face lit up.

They reached the door of the pack house.

"So, I will see you tonight."

"Yeah! See you later."

They shared a sweet kiss and she went inside.
