Layka's POV

The week had gone by regularly, except that Aaron was helping out in the coffee place, which was the only change. I was behind on college work but I caught up and maybe I can graduate with honors.

Like I said, college was a blur and when I got home I felt bored. I did the one thing I never thought I would do. I called Del and asked her if she wanted to go to the club. She seemed shocked but she accepted, saying we needed a brake.

I took a quick shower and curled my hair. I wore a navy blue dress with a black leather jacket and some black heeled ankle boots. I'm not really a make up person so I only applied red lip stick.

Del said Aaron was going to take us in his car and that I had ten minutes before they got to my house. I was going to grab my cellphone when I realized that I left it at Tyler's house. So that's why I called Dell with my house phone? Whoops, blonde moment.

I was about to open my door when I heard Aaron's car honk. I waved at them as I got out and made my to them. I took a seat in the back while Del was in the passenger's seat and Aaron was driving.

"Layka, you look hot!" Del exclaimed while she looked at me.

I smiled and winked at her. I don't know where this cocky and flirtatious side of me came from but it just comes naturally to me now.

"You look beautiful Layka."

Aaron was looking at me through his rearview mirror. I gave him a smile and a thanks. I gazed at the woods during the car ride. They seemed to be endless and very spacious to run in. We finally arrived to the club were the fun starts.

We were waiting in line but it wasn't long till we got to the front. I was waiting for the bouncer to ask me for my ID but it never came. Instead he bowed to me and told me I could enter. Del gave me a weird look but I just shrugged.

I pulled Del to the bar so we can get drinks. I asked for two martinis and the bartender said they would be on the house.

"I can't believe you decide to come to a club. I thought you hated them."

I smirked,"I guess some things change."

Then the bartender came with our drinks and told us to enjoy. I finished my drink in the first gulp. Del looked at me wide eyed but I just smiled. I saw that Aaron was on the dance floor dancing with some red head. I also noticed that he would look this way.

I felt pity for him. He's trying to make me jealous but it's not working. I just don't like him anymore, didn't I give him enough signs yesterday? I was gonna talk to Del but when I turned to her I saw that she was missing.

I finally spotted her dancing with some guy. I was the only one that was sitting out and I invited them. Just when I thought I'd sit out, some guy came up to me. He looked to be in his late twenties, blonde hair, green eyes and a great built. My type of guy.

"What is someone like you sitting out?"

"I don't know. Maybe because no guy has had the courage to ask me." I tried to bring out my best flirtatious voice I could.

I took a quick smell of him and realized he was a wolf. I didn't mind as long as he didn't end up being my one night stand.

"May I?"

I winked,"Sure."

He extended his hand and I took it. He lead me to the dance floor and we took it on from there. The song Dark Horse was on. Our bodies moved in sync with the song. He placed his hands on hips while I pressed closer to him.
