Chapter 11

Layka's POV

We were currently at Tyler's pack house. He woke me up early in the morning saying that I should meet the pack. I really wanted to punch him in the face but I realized that wouldn't be such a good idea. I got to meet a lot of people who I didn't see when I was a human and got to know most of the pack members.

I was about to go inside when I felt something pull on my leggings. I turned around and found the cutest little boy looking up at me. He had long brown hair, a nubby nose, amazing blue eyes, and looked to be around six.

"Are you the Luna now?" His little eyes sparkled as he spoke. I always did have a soft spot for kids. I crouched down and gave him a sincere smile.

"I guess so."

"Are you going to let us eat ice cream for breakfast?"

I chuckled,"Well... it depends on what ice cream it is."

"I like vanilla ice cream."

"No way, me too!"

He giggled and clapped his hands in joy. God he was so cute, I could keep him forever. I saw from the corner of my eye that Tyler was looking dead at us. He had the goofiest grin on his face.

"How about you head to the kitchen and wait for me there."

"Okay!"

He ran inside and I smiled. I shot up and walked up to Tyler. I think his smile grew even more. What a weirdo I have as a mate. Since we both woke up early, we looked like we just came out a horror movie.

"I see you just met Alec. He's a good little boy."

"Yup and he's my new boyfriend."

He rolled his eyes,"Whatever."
I stick out my tongue at him,"Your just jealous."

"You know, I think your gonna be a great Luna, but saying that Alec is your boyfriend won't help you with what I'm going to do to you later."

I rolled my eyes and went in the kitchen. I found Alec talking to a middle aged lady with brown hair, blue eyes, and looked almost like Tyler and Christine but a little different. Come to think of it, Alec looks just like her too.

"Look mommy, the Luna said we can eat ice cream for breakfast."
She raised a brow,"Oh really?"

"Yeah and I like the new Luna. She's cool and pretty and cool."

I laughed. He used cool in a sentence two times and I thought that was adorable. I walked up to Alec and his mom and smiled.

"You must be Layka. I'm Evelyn, Tyler's aunt. It's nice to finally meet my nephew's mate."

She extended her hand and I took it. It was warm and welcoming, just like the rest of the pack. I could tell she was someone really important to this pack. I heard Alec squeal next to is and I instantaneously smiled. I seriously love this kid already.

"Alec, how about you have ice cream with Layka later. Go play with Chrissy."

His face lit up," Okay mommy!"

He left running out the kitchen and left me and Evelyn together. No wonder she looked almost like Tyler, they are family. I looked at her she was looking at me with a soft smile.

"Lets walk around the garden." I nodded and followed behind her.

When I was here before, I only got to see the inside of the house but the outsides was just or even more amazing to gaze at.
