"You look gorgeous."

I start to blush.

"Thanks, you look handsome also my nigga."

He starts to laugh then I laugh too.

We hop in the car and head to our destination.

"Turn some music on."

"Alright damn shorty." He starts to laugh.

He turns the music on and the song Forever by Armon and Trey comes on. Some people probably don't know them but their YouTubers.

I start to sing.

"This is Got me Got you Always,
Baby, they don't shine like you baby they don't shine like you,
One in a million and you the goat I don't want nobody but you"

"This is a good song." Marcel says.

"You never heard this song before?"

"Nope."

"Really where the fuck have you been at."

He laughs again.

"We almost there? I'm hungry as fuck."

"Girl we all know yo fat ass is."

"I don't know who you talking to like that."

"You." He says while smiling looking at me.

"Yeah, whatever."

I continue singing and he pulls up to the restaurant and I'm about to get out but Marcel is by my side in a second and he opens the door.

"Thanks, butler."

"Girl get out my damn car." He says.

I start cracking up.

He puts his hand on my back while we walk and of course he opens the door for me.

We head into line and get to our seats then I ask for ice cold water and he asks for a Pepsi.

We find a table close to the back and it's not many people over here.

"I'm glad we picked this spot." I tell him.

"Why?"

"It's away from everybody and I'm not a people person."

"Oh really."

"Yeah."

"Then how'd you meet me."

"Well you see....you offered me food and who can deny that offer." I say shrugging.

"Ready to order?" He asks.

"I don't even know why you asked." I say chuckling.

"I know right." He says laughing.

Once we place our order we wait a bit. We finally get our plates and start eating. After a good minute of talking we get some dessert then start talking once again.

"So tell me about your family."

Damn should've known he was going to bring that up.

"What do they do?"

I'm going to tell him the truth but not all of it.

"I really don't know what they're doing with their lives at the moment."

"And why not?"

"Well, I lost contact with them."

"Why?"

"I just felt that I didn't need them."

"You're pregnant of course you need them."

"I know that, it's just complicated."
