I wonder what it is! I've been waiting for this moment for so long and it's finally here. We'll the couple days I've known I was pregnant.

It seems like the world paused and only I'm moving. I look around and see Hakeem and Candice looking at the doctor with big goofy smiles on their face and I assume I mirror them. I turn and look at the screen looking at my baby.

Now it seems like the world is going back to normal. I stare at the doctor and wait for her answer.

Here it comes.

"Well...."

Oh my god, I'm about to find out!

"It's...."

I can't believe it! My world is about to change.

"A..."

I'm going to protect my baby with my life. Nobody will take him or her away from me.

"Girl!"

Oh my god!

I see a flash but I'm too happy to turn and look.

"It's a girl!" Candice screams while jumping up and down.

I sit there shocked with a smile on my face.

"I have to get ready to teach her how to fight!" Hakeem shouts with a smile.

"I'm having a baby girl!" I scream and start laughing but then I start crying.

We all hug each other.

"She's going to be so beautiful just like her momma." Candice says sweetly.

"Thanks. My baby girl." I say looking up at the screen.

"Congratulations!!!" The doctor says.

"Thanks."

She walks out the door to get some packets that'll help me in the future.

"Oh my god! I can't wait to pick out clothes!" I tell them.

"Me too! The little skirts."

"Nah my niece is going to be matching with me and her cousin." Hakeem says.

"No. You're going to turn her into a tomboy." Candice says.

We sit for a while just talking about it. Next thing you know the doctor is giving me little pamphlets of information talking about pregnancy, and she also gives me the pictures of my baby.

We then walk out the buildings with smiles on our faces. While we walk to the car Hakeem is in the middle of us with his arms around both of us talking nonsense as usual.

We get in the car and blast some music with our windows down. Every time we stop at a light people just stare at us.

We stop at a light and the music is still blasting, all of a sudden Hakeem gets out of the driver seat and stands by the car.

Then he screams.

"It's a girl!" He has his hands above his head and is jumping around.

I just sit there and laugh. I hurry up and take out my phone and take a video and picture.

"Hakeem smile!" I yell. He turns around and looks at me then smiles. I hurry up and take the picture. Once again I'm laughing.

"Get your ass back in the car!" Candice yells but she's laughing at the same time.

I also get out of the car and jump around too. It's like I'm on a high.

"It's a girl!" I also yell. I turn and see some people smiling.
