I woke up to the smell of something delicious.

I hear loud talking, laughing, and banging downstairs.

"Hakeem be quiet, Fayth is sleep!"

"She needs to wake her ass up."

"And you need to shut the hell up."

"Whose going to make me?" He prods.

"Me! That's who."

"I don't think so." He sings.

I hear a bang and then an ouch.

"Damn woman!"

"I told you to shut up."

"Okay, I'm sorry babe. Can I get a kiss?"

"No."

"Why?! I want a kiss! Babe please!"

"Boy bye."

They stop talking then I hear a crash.

"Babe get off of me!"

"No, you didn't want to give me a kiss now I'm going to get it." He laughs.

"Fine." Candice huffs.

It's quiet for a hot second then they're arguing again.

"Babe that wasn't a kiss." Hakeem whines.

"That was a kiss now get your fat ass off of me!"

"That was a damn peck."

"Welp your only getting a damn peck."

"Fine." Hakeem says.

"Fine." She says back.

I get up and take a shower then I get out and put on some black leggings, with some orange and black sandals, with an orange blouse.

I walk downstairs and see Candice making our plates and Hakeem looking at her ass.

"Babe yo ass is looking mighty fine today!" He smirks.

"Yeah, I know."

"Can I tap that anytime soon?"

"Nope."

"Why?"

"I don't want yo dirty ass hands on me."

"You think my hands are dirty?"

"Mhmm." She says without looking back.

"Ima show you something else that's dirty."

"And what is that? Yo ass?" I tell him sitting down on the chair.

"Look what the cat brought in."

"Boy!" I laugh.

"Who you looking cute for?" He says looking me up and down.

"Nobody."

"You sure? I don't have time to be beating some nigga up."

"You don't have to worry."

Candice hands us our plates and we dig in.

"Damn ma! Who taught you how to cook?"

"Yo stupid ass that's who."

"Well damn. Can somebody give me a medal?"

I roll my eyes and continue eating.

"So what are we doing today?" I ask.

"Going to check on that baby of yours." Hakeem says.

"Right. Almost forgot. Hint the sarcasm." I say looking at Hakeem.
