Love Is a Strong Word Saga Recap

After asking Sonic to a date, Amy leaves the cafe. Sonic and Silver are left arguing if Sonic likes Amy. But all of the sudden, the cafe they're eating at explodes out of nowhere. Silver is presumed dead after being crushed by a huge chunk of falling concrete. Sonic escapes custody and looks for his friend's body. But alas, he finds nothing.

Sonic finds out Jet The Hawk was responsible for the explosion. And he used Sonic's finger prints on the bomb remains. Leaving, Sonic for the blame. Now on the run, Sonic gathers his old crew up to help him track Jet down. But, along the way Any gets kidnapped. Sonic's anger overcomes him and he leaves the group to find her, alone.

The team goes to look for him, but noticed he was kidnapped as well. They find out the kidnapper, is Mephiles. Mephiles took Amy to lure Sonic out of hiding to fight him, and end him. Sonic was in the way of his plan. Badly injured, Sonic manages to break himself and Amy out. The team comes to rescue them. Mephiles ran away, and blew the place up. Leaving the team left.

On a recovery bed, Sonic looks at the door, to see Silver still alive. They talk about the bombing, when Amy Rose walked into the room. That was when Sonic admitted his true emotion towards Amy. They happily fall in love, like Amy dreamed of.

A couple years later, everybody believes life would be back to normal. But, Sonic tries falling a sleep one night, but sees a horrifying creature invade his house. The house goes into lockdown, while the creature poisons Sonic with it's claws and escapes.

Since the creature didn't finish the job, Mephiles took it into his own hands. Blowing the whole house up. Everybody manages to escape, but Blaze the Cat has shrapnel stuck in her leg. Her only hope of getting it out, was the use of Sonic. And Silver using his power.

Blaze healed up, and they all ran into hiding. They were still on the run, so they began to building a new house to stay in for a while. But when they fall asleep, they get captured. Mephiles used a device to make Sonic, Silver and Shadow's Super Ability Contagious between the three. The only way to get the anger brewing up, was Mephiles stabbing Blaze in the back with a sword killing her.

This devastated Silver, and gave his Super Ability out. The three hedgehogs had that energy drained out of them to power Mephiles' "Doomsday Project." It took over the whole planet with a robot army. The team escaped, and flew back the house they were building.

Everyone built jets and flew them into the heart of the Doomsday Project. As Mephiles attacked the jets, he took them all flying into the ground. Crippling all the ships. Silver and Mephiles fight to the death, until Silver uses his powers to stab him in the back.

Silver and Sonic help each other up, when a bullet heads for Sonic. When Sonic opened his eyes back up, he saw Silver took the bullet for him, killing Him. Silver was now at peace. A week later After his funeral, Amy and Sonic went to the Mobius square to relax.

Amy can't find Sonic, and turns to Rouge and Knuckles for help. They search for hours, but Amy finds Sonic where he and Silver first battled. Sonic began to go crazy over his death. Amy rested by him, but he took off.

They went back to the house, and Amy saw Sonic laying in the corner of their room. He hands her a box filled with pictures, a note and a box. Inside the box were wedding rings Silver was going to propose to Blaze with.

After Sonic calmed down, he took a shower, and had a horrifying vision. It was Amy running away from him, afraid of him. This frightened Sonic, so he couldn't fall asleep. But he felt something happening to him. And he jumped out the window, leaving claw marks in his pillow. Amy assumes he was captured. The team searched all of Mobius looking for him.

They see a dark beast and followed it. They saw it disappear into a bush, where they found Sonic lying down. The next morning Sonic and Amy were home alone, when her ex is at the door. Sonic was upset with Amy, who was excited to see her ex, Scrouge.

Sonic took Amy on a date and shopping for a new dress. She picked one she wanted, and they left. Sonic felt Amy's hand getting heavier. He looks back and saw her laying on the ground. He saw a sniper up in the building roof. Scrouge jumps onto Sonic and and saving him from being shot.

They get back to the house, where he accuses Scrouge of this happening. Late at night, they saw the same dark creature escape Sonic's room. They looked and noticed it resembled Sonic. It jumped through a window, not being found for a whole night.

They search for him again, and find him laying down. When they're back at the house, Scrouge had left. And Sonic overheard them talking about the beast. Calling Sonic a monster. Devastated, Sonic ran away to the Mobius gates. Where he ran Into Scrouge, knocking Sonic out cold.

Scrouge lied to Amy, saying she's the reason Sonic left. They get back to the house, where he knocks out everybody in the house. Everybody wakes up, to see Sonic and Shadow, on separate inclined strapped tables. All hope seemed lost, but Sonic's beast side came out, attacking Scrouge.

Amy talked Sonic into calming down. They walked outside freed, and noticed they were still in Mobius. They walked home, and tested on Sonic. His beast side came out, and they ran tests on what it is. A night later, they saw their house get attacked by a robot army.

The army came from a red light in the sky. From the Doomsday Project. Sonic can now control his beast mode, and ran to the tower with Knuckles and Shadow. They saw Jet on the street, hurt. They allowed him join the team. They had to head to Jet's place to get Wave, the female hawk.

They figured out they needed a bigger team, so Sonic and a few others went to Manic, his brother. Sonic's ex Sally answered the door. They talked like old times, then went to their sisters club. They needed her help too. Sonic and Amy were caught in a slow dance spot light. Where his sister found him, upset.

In the past, Sonic accidently got Sonia's ex killed. So she has a grudge over him. They talked her into it, and she joined them. After a long night sleep, they all joined together for a plan. Sonia, Cream and Amy were in the lab, watching as the rest of the team went through a portal. Where Scrouge and his new replacement, Swift, went t hide in the future.

The team in the new world, got over run by Swift and Scrouge. Leaving a bullet in Manic's shoulder. They were all eventually captured, even the three girls. Scrouge was about to kill Amy, when Sonic's beast form came back out. He killed Scrouge, and Swift got away. Everyone was freed.

A week later, everyone was fixing the old mansion everyone lived in. Everyone was happy to be back to normal. But Sonic pulled out a ring, and proposed to Amy. Amy was filled with happiness, and so was everyone else.
