Chapter 8: More Death

Author: I know longest chapter ever but that is over and now a little more action and then it will go back to normal. By the way I haven't got a single comment on any of my 4 books and I want just one so I can say I have one. *Winks then faints*

Random boy (named jake) point of view

My partner was just killed by a tall muscular boy. We were killing wolves saving them hoping to make an alliance and there thank you is killing Jacob my best friend and partner in this stupid show. Now I will get my revenge.

As I walk closer I see his unconscious body just waiting to be killed. I step closer daggers in hands. I bend down slip my knife in his back then his neck. He will die if he is hit one more time. That is excactly what I plan to do. My knife is ready.

"Crack." What was that noise? I wonder. When I turn around I see him. A boy with curly red hair and tan skin. He has a wicked grin on his face. I grab another knife and throw it at him. He doesn't even know what happens until it is to late. A knife is in his throat. He collapses and so do I. I land right on the boy on the ground.

Sarah's point of view

I wake up to a the sound of 3 cannons. When I stand up I see don't see a single living thing. I think that the cannons belonged to all the members of my alliance. I walk around and investigate. I see wolves bodies on the ground all of them dead.

As I near the tent I see Katie's limp body lying on the ground. I take her body into the tent and try and feel her pulse. I can feel it but just barely. This means that one cannon had to belong to someone else. I treat her as best as possible. I put a wet towel on her head, force water and food down her throat, and put her in the sleeping bag. Then I go out to look for Max and Liam.

I wander around the battle field looking for any dead or living humans. I don't find any until I walk down a small hill and onto a flat grassy area. I see a red headed boy. He is on the ground lying in a puddle of his own blood. He is obviously dead. He has a Dagger in his neck. I take it out since it is a good weapon and also take three non bloody throwing knives from inside is jacket.

From that boy I find three other bodies. That gives me a certainty that Max is alive and that one of the three boys on the ground is definetly alive. I just hope it is Liam. The first body I identify is a muscular boy with brown hair. He is also definetly dead unless he just doesn't have a heart beat and can survive even with an axe head. Again I take all his weapons and supplies which is not much. I can tell that this is the work of Liam. It is now a 50% chance if Liam is alive or the other boy.

When I reach the bodies I see a boy either unconsious *spelling?* or dead. Underneath him is Liam two knives in his back and one in his stomach. I know right away who is is still alive. It's the other boy the one the black hair.

Out of the kindness of my heart I take the boy back to the tent. I give him water and food and also do the best I can to clean out the cut from the knife in his back. Again I go out of the tent this time to look for Max.

I know Max is not on the fields because I already looked there for Liam and Katie so he must be in the woods. I walk through the woods and after a while of looking I find a trail of blood. I follow this trail. It stops though at a tree. Max must have been bleeding and had wolves chasing him so he climbed a tree. I climb up the tree and find Max. He is in much better condition then Katie and the other boy but he is still limp and easy to carry. I take him back to the tent and give him food and water then lie him down. I just wait until one wakes up.
