"Come on, Alana," Alice grabbed her sister's hands and dragged her down the hall. "Stop being so, lazy and get up, we have to go shopping for school supplies."

"No," Alana pouts. "I am not going. I don't want to mix in with a bunch of wolfs."

"Alana," Alice kept dragging her. "It's not just wolf's; there are vampires, witches, werewolves, and other night creatures. It's not that bad; it'll be fun."

"You forgot the humans," Alana said.

"And a few humans that know about our existences," Alice said. "Now, get up, your heavy."

"No," Alana said.

Alice sighed. "Fine." Alice dragged her down the stairs and toward the kitchen.

"Alice," their mother frowned. "Why are you dragging your sister?"

"She won't get up," Alice let go of Alana and sat down on the stool. "She doesn't want to go to school."

"Why not?" She set plates down. "Your father and your uncles worked extremely hard to get the school going. You'll be the first to enter."

"Don't forget our nieces, nephews, and cousins," Alice said.

"The others will be in another part of the school," their mother said. "They are still in middle school and elementary. But you, Alice, Miley, and Danny are the only ones in the upper grades. From our family."

"Still," Alana signed. "A bit boring being away from home."

"It won't be," she smiled. "You'll have lots of fun."

"Alana," their father walked in, holding the newspaper. "What are you doing on the floor? Get up this instant."

Alana stood up and dusted herself. "Dad, you are no fun."

"Of course I am," he smiled. "But, I have to be a grown-up here." He kissed their mother. "Rose, Miley, and Danny will arrive shortly. They will leave with the twins and the other children."

"Alright," Rose smiled. "Clay, who exactly is going with them?"

"Daisy and Kaden," Clay said. "Since they only have Darin, it's easy for them."

"Alright," Rose frowned. "But who will watch the clan?"

"Drake will," Clay sat down and grabbed his coffee. "During the holidays, Kaden will come back and take over. And during breaks. It'll be until we get the employee's that we can trust."

"Okay," Rose smiled. "Now, girls, we are going shopping after Miley and Danny here."

"Fine," Alana pout.

"Lighten up, kiddo," Clay said.

Clay smiled. It has been a year since his family settled down. And it finally did when Jace came back. Since then, they have been happy.

They are all scattered around, but they visit. Clay was happy to have Rose here and his two daughters. But he is worried about Alana. She is the most troublesome of the two, who knows what trouble Alana will get at the Academy.

The academy that he and Drake had built for nonhuman students. Of course, there will be a few. But those humans are the ones that know about our existence. Some are either adopted or were born human. Sometimes it's because they found their soulmate among us, nonhuman. Or the families are related to wolves. It's complicated.

But this school is for them so that they won't have to worry about being found out. Or the fear of being hunted down.

The academy will be on a distant island that he and Drake bought a while ago. It'll open this August. Clay smiled; it'll be great.
