Levi motioned for Everyone to come over. "Thank you. Thank you for staying alive. But, YOU ARE ALL GOING TO BED AND I AM GOING BACK TO MY OFFICE AND SLEEPING! ALONE!" Pulling the covers back, Levi kicks his legs out of the bed and using the bed frame as a brace and stood up.
Tyleen sighed. "You're going to hurt yourself. You need to stay here." She protested moving in front of him blocking his way looking at him. "You're hurt and almost died. You need to stay until they release you." She said
"Shorty! You need to stay!" Hanji said jumping up and standing on the bed. "You're hurt. Lay down. It'll be okay we'll figure this out." She said
"No. I am your senior officer so I command that you to let me past!" With the little strength he wasn't using to stay standing to move Tyleen out of the way. Frankly it wasn't working. He used one had to try and shove her shoulders but her strength was adamant about staying where she was
Tyleen stayed put with her arms cross looking upset. "Then court Marshall me, Corporal." She said a bit spiteful. She almost seen him die and now he's trying to get up and move around potentially hurting himself in the process. Not even an hour ago the doctors were kinda doubtful about his survival and he wasn't even listening
"Levi! I outrank you and you're already being court marshalled so don't push it! Also, you have a hearing when you are better so you better bloody get back into that bed or else we'll drag you as you are down to the Militant Courts!" Erwin stepped forward to try and force Levi back into his bed.
"Fine. Let's go." Levi took shaky steps around Tyleen in the direction of the door. "Hurry up."
Tyleen looked at Levi and frowned. She sighed looking at him. "Levi.. why won't you listen to me? I almost seen you die. I don't actually need to see you die because of your pride." She said and gently grabbed his hand.
Hanji looked at Erwin. "Don't court Marshall him.. he went through enough. Maybe we can get a home set thing where he's at his quarters and the doctors come and check on him.." she said softly looking up at him
"No. That's not why he's been marshalled. He's in an intimate relationship with a cadet, he defied orders, disrupted training... basically. He's in a lot of trouble."
Erwin was solemn. Following Levi from the room. Giving him an arm to lean on
Tyleen glared at Erwin. "Levi doesn't deserve to be court marshalled." She said upset with Erwin. "He can't even heal up before you do this?" She asked as she followed him. Tyleen wanted to be there for Levi for if he needed anything.
"Hey. I was offered time. But I'm not taking it." Levi strained out. Walking was exhausting. Everything hurt and he was tired. But he wasn't going to let that stop him.
Erwin just kept him upright. Levi looked as though he would fall any second and he was prepared to catch him.
Tyleen looked at Levi and sighed. She looked away keeping quiet. She was upset. Tyleen walked a couple steps behind Levi not knowing if he wanted her with him or not or if he'd be in more trouble if she was there with him. She was pissed at Erwin. And upset with Levi that he was being so stubborn and not listening. "At least get a wheelchair." She said to Erwin
"No. I can't be seen as weak. And wait."
"Levi. Stop being so stubborn." Tyleen said. "No one is going to see you as weak. You're strong. That impact should have killed you and you're still here." She said to him.
Levi let go of Erwin's arm at the door. "Tyleen," he walked unsteadily towards her. "Good luck in here." He pulled her in for a final kiss and then went t the door, turning back only to wink at her.
Tyleen looked up at him and frowned she kissed him back and hugged him gently. "Don't get in too much trouble. You can put the blame on me if you want to" she said softly to him when he winked at her she gave him a soft smile before they left. She sighed and leaned against the wall before walking outside lighting a cigarette. She hoped he wouldn't get in too much trouble. He went through enough already. Talk about insult to injury. Tyleen knew the king would only get angrier seeing her at his side when he walked into court so she didn't continue to persist on going with them
Inside the court room, Levi took his place in the small gated area for the accused. There was no seating so he was forced to lean on the bars. The walk here took most of his energy out of him. Looking around, he wondered where Tyleen would be put so she could make her statements.
The crowd that had gathered, silently shocked that the Corporal was already at trial. His strength was astounding as he was still in his hospital gown. One lady in the very back of the room blushed as she realised this.
Tyleen was smoking a cigarette and hanji looked at her. "C'mon before the MPs come." She said walking. Tyleen walked into the court room after flicking her cigarette as an MP brought her to where she needed to be before she'd make a statement. She crossed her arms sitting there. She looked at the woman that was blushing seeing Levi. "Christ sakes, they couldn't let him get dressed?" She mumbled to herself. Tyleen then spoke up looking at people in the court. "So he can't even have a chair? Don't you see he got hurt defending YOUR walls? He got hurt in battle protecting the walls and he can't even get a chair?" Tyleen asked. She was beyond pissed. The MPs glared at her telling her to shut up. One even threatened to hit her if she didn't. Which made tyleen stand up. "I'll get a chair my damn self. Dumbass." She said
The king came in with a judge and the walked sitting up at their seats to start the trial. The king looked at Levi. "State your name and rank." He said to him not sounding happy.
Hanji sat down on the side Levi was on she was upset with the judge and the attention all focused on Levi as the king and everyone was going to treat him like a criminal because he found someone who make him happy.
