Everything's Wrecked

Parker's POV

     After playing a few rounds of MarioKart with Lena, Lucio, and Hana, I got the group together to ride over to the tent. Mako and Jamie were going to ride on their motorcycle, Jamie rides in the side car. Reinhardt was going to drive the others in his truck.
I walked up to Papa and Jack giving them both a hug.
"Promise you both are gonna be at the show tonight?" I said giving them both my signature puppy-dog-eyes.
"Of course Mija. Promise me you will be careful driving," Gabriel replied. Jack nodded smiling a bit. I nodded as I walked over to grab my pack. A rattling noise came from inside it and my father flinched. I quickly grabbed it and opened it. Castile pokes his head out.
      "Oh my gods Cas I'm so sorry! Papa is there any meat left from last night?" I said as the snake wrapped itself around my arm.
      "Y-yeah. In the fridge...WHY THE FUCK DO YOU HAVE A RATTLESNAKE?!" He yelled/asked as I walked into the kitchen.
      "You remember you told me to get a guard dog? This is the guard dog, well snake. To make a very long story short," I said pulling some pork out of the fridge, "I found him outside my apartment and he was really banged up so I took him to a vet. The glands that produced venom were so damaged that they can't produce it anymore and I couldn't just send him back into the wild like that so I kept him." I finished as Cas finished eating. Papa just stared then nodded slowly as he processed everything.
        "Well I have to get going now! Love you both! See you tonight!" I ran outside to my bike and climbed on. Cas was wrapped around my left arm, the normal one, as I pulled off. Rein left a good bit after me since I just gave him directions.
As I was driving along, I got close to a stoplight. The light was green my way. I was good to go below. Until a driver in a blue convertible ran the red light. I swerved to the right to avoid hitting them my bike flipping over into the grass. In a second I moved so I would land on my right shoulder, so Cas wouldn't get hurt. I winced feeling a bit of pain and sat up to look at Cas. He was a bit disoriented but he was okay. I heard a truck pull over and footsteps running towards me.
"Parker! Are you okay?!" It was Genji. He sat down next to me. He started pulling off my flannel to check my attachment. I grabbed at it.
"I'm fine...I didn't land on that shoulder anyway but if it makes you feel better I will see if Angela can look at it tomorrow," I said smiling. I left hand was shaking a bit. More footsteps and the other were around me as well. It was a series or repetition over and over again. My head started to hurt a bit from all the noise.
"Opa can you get my bike into the back of your truck?"
I asked looking up at him. He nodded as Mako and Jamie pulled up. Jamie walked over as Mako helped Reinhardt put my bike up.
"What happened here? Some drongo run a red light?" He asked looking around. Chuckling, I stood up and nodded.
"Yeah but I'm fine. Just a bit shaken up," a small smile grew on my face. He nodded and walked back over to Mako climbing in the side car. Genji helped me into the truck and Cas sat on my lap. He stuck his little tongue out and I knew for certain that he was okay.
We drove along Lucio talking about one of his new songs, Lena talking about being very gay for Amelie. Genji was the same but with Zenyatta. I chuckled hiding a wince. My shoulder had started to hurt a bit more but I wasn't worried.
Rein pulled into the lot and I got Lucio and Lena to follow me. The others decided to look around the tent introducing themselves to the people they would be working with.
"Parker there you are! Now who are these people?" Vanoss asked me as soon as he spotted me.
"These people are the solution to your problem and a few extras to join in the fun. This is Lena Oxton. She is filling in or Marcel. And this is-"
"Holy shit...that's Lúcio! Dude you are amazing! I've been to a few of your shows!" David said walking up. I chuckled.
"Nice to meet you dude!" Lúcio said giving David a high five. I smiled.
"He is going to be announcing tonight," I said with a smile. Vanoss nodded.
"Well it's great to meet you both! I'm Evan but everyone calls me Vanoss. Let me show you two around," he said leading them off. I saw Smitty walk up to Lena and kiss her hand.
"Gay and in a relationship!" I said before he walked over to flirt with Lucio. "Dating my sister!"
"FUCK! Come on blue don't you have one friend here that is single?!" He said walking over to me.
"Not yet. But there are a few coming tonight," I said. He nodded and walked off.
After making sure that everyone was getting along, and that Jamie wasn't going to burn the tent down, I walked outside to work on my bike a bit. I was so focused on getting the scratches off, I didn't even notice Brain had sat down next to me. I turned to grab my rag and jumped seeing him.
"Sweet Zeus you scared the shit out of me," I said as he laughed. I smiled and stared rubbing on some wax.
"So what happened?" He asked. "Junkrat tried to describe to me but it was a bit hard to understand." I looked at him a bit confused. "Oh! Right! Jamison." I chuckled.
"Some guy ran a red light and I had to swerve to avoided hitting him. Then I had to roll onto my bad shoulder so Cas wouldn't get hurt," I said looking at the bike.
       "Is your shoulder okay?" He asked. I nodded. Brian let out a sigh as he looked at me. "Just promise that you will come to me if something happens."
       "Of course," I said with a calm smile. I knew everything would be fine.
