Leena's POV

I laid on my bed with a wide smile spread across my face, basically like joker but the cuter version. Just thinking about what happened just now made my heart beat even faster than usual.

" Cha Leena! Get out of your room right now and explain to me ! " My mom screamed at the top of her voice as I jumped out of bed.

I went to the living room to see my mom sitting on the couch with her arms crossed. From her facial expression, you can sense that she's furious.

I sat down on the couch opposite of her's and she threw something on the coffee table.

My eyes widened, " What is this ?! So all these time, you've been dating behind my back ?! " I shook my head as my mom frowned at me.

" I just wanted to give you a bright future but, " She sneered, " You decide to ditch your studies for a guy who probably doesn't have a good background judging from his style. "

I slammed the table which in Asia culture is like the biggest crime. " Mom! How can you say that about Yukhei ?! " I screamed and she smirked.

" So his name is Yukhei ? He probably isn't Korean and you are going to break up with him this instant." Tears filled my eyes.

" You just have to be so vicious right ? " I screamed.

She stood up, " I'm just trying to help you and save your life from gangsters like him ! " She screamed.

" He is not a gangster ! Mom! Why can't you let me choose who I want to date ?! I don't want to date some guy who would probably cheat on me just like how Jaesuk did and it's normal because to you i'm just a child who isn't worthy of a life ! " I screamed.

I felt a stinging feeling on my cheek, " How dare you ?! Go to your room now and you're not allowed to meet this Yukhei guy anymore ! "

I stormed to my room and slammed the door as hard as I could. " I felt so locked up. I felt so lonely. " I cried as I hugged my knees.

Just then, I got a message from Lucas.

Yuk Hei it's Lucas : how are you doing ? did you get home safely ? :)

Just looking at his text made me tear up even more, we just got together and my mom have to separate us as if it's a good deed.

My mom doesn't want me to date someone who doesn't have a good family background but she judged Lucas without knowing anything about him.

Even I, his girlfriend don't know what does his family do or what his surname is like surprise man.

I cried myself to sleep, my eyes are probably going to be puffy like a goldfish's tomorrow but I need to let the pain go.

Let it go.

The next morning, I woke up with my phone vibrating vigorously beside me. A bitter smile spread across my cheeks.

Yuk Hei it's Lucas : Are you okay ?

That's the latest message he texted me. I guess because i didn't reply to any of his messages, he started spamming me.

I picked up my phone and replied back, it hurts me knowing that I'll have to break his heart.

Me: I'm fine.

I turned off my phone. I'm planning to not go to play basketball anymore, and to ignore Lucas.

I changed into my uniform and made my driver drive me to school. I'm going to act all cold to him so that he might lose feelings for me.

Even though it hurts me so much to do this.

Lucas's POV

I carried my bag, " Yukhei, you're not going to eat your breakfast ? " I shook my head as I shot my mom a slight smile before running out of the door.

I'm planning to go to school earlier today, because Leena goes to school early everyday.

When I got to school, it was really quiet.

Leena seemed pretty unusual, I don't know what's the cause of it. I might be overthinking things, so Lucas, you should shut up before your thoughts fly to America.

I waited at the gates for her, I leaned against the wall. Suddenly, a bright light shine on me. Just like in Happiness.

Shine on me, let it shine on me.

Okay. I should leave.

" Leena ? " I saw a familiar figure exiting the car, she turned around and it's indeed Leena. The car that she came out of is pretty fancy.

She must be rich.

Oh well, not that I care.

I ran to her and tapped her shoulder, she turned around and her eyes widened. It slowly softened as she crossed her arms, " What do you want ? "

I smirked, " Acting tough to your boyfriend ? "

She rolled her eyes as she turned her back and walked away, I ran and walked beside her. " So, are you okay ? you seemed a little- "

She stopped walking, " Can't you stop bugging me ? It's getting really irritating. " She said as she walked away.

Ouch.

From what she said, i'm pretty sure something is wrong with Leena. She's usually not like that, is she on her monthly cycle ?

It might be a little inappropriate.

I walked to class to see her laying her head on the desk, I smiled as I walked towards her and scared her. She flinched and glared at me.

" Didn't I tell you to stop irritating me ?! Geez! " She screamed as she pushed past me and stormed out of the classroom.

I stood there, in shocked. I can't believe she's treating me like i'm a pest when we just got together yesterday.

Instead of what's wrong with me, it's what's wrong with her. She've changed so much in a day, even the player in the movie doesn't change girls that quickly.

After a few minutes, she came back and I dragged her out of the classroom. She tried to resist from me but oh well, Wong Yukhei is a strong man.

" What's wrong with you ?! " She screamed as she yanked off my hand.

I smirked, " What's wrong with me ? Don't you think I should be the one asking that question ? What's wrong with you? "

She rolled her eyes, " I don't have time to waste. "

" How can you change so quickly ? What's wrong with you ? Are you sick somewhere ? " I asked and she turned to face me.

" Yes, I'm sick of you. So leave me alone. "

I LOVE MESSI.

He didn't do as well this time as compared to the previous FIFA but i'm still really proud of him :")

I'm proud of every single player in the game, regardless win or lose. For one reason, they chase their dreams and made it to the world cup, I think it's a huge accomplishment and they should all be praised for it.
