A small tear fell from my eye. Hanji was trying her best to keep me distracted, but it didn't work. I couldn't take my eyes off Levi. Erwin gestured Hanji over and she smiled at me before heading over to him.

I watched them talk, worried. My biggest fear, was they'd send me away. However I doubt that'd happen. I sat up weakly and went to talk, but Levi's yell interrupted me.

"NO! I REFUSE TO HAVE HER MOVED!! SHE'S FINE HERE! SHE'S FINE DAMMIT!!"

Erwin glanced over at me.

He didn't wear a sad look, but it wasn't a happy one either. More of a, disappointed look.

I didn't blame him. In fact, I felt sorry for him; constantly having to talk to Levi about controlling me, and additionally wasting scouts and time by sending them to keep an eye on me.

Erwin looked back at Levi and placed a hand on his shoulder. Of course, Levi pushed it off immediately. But then he smacked Erwin.

I was shocked. So was Hanji. Levi was one for being cocky, but he'd never slap his superior. Never.

Erwin was frozen, still taken aback by Levi's actions. Levi then took the opportunity to get out of here. He walked over to me, several tears falling down his face. He scooped me up in his arms and flashed a small, sad smile.

"I won't let them move you. I'll take care of you."

He let out a small whimper and walked away from the scene, me tightly in his arms.

I just watched his pale face. I'd seen him sad before, but this, this wasn't just sad. Levi almost looked scared. Scared that I'd be taken away from him. Scared that he'd be left alone again.

I raised my hand to his face, softly brushing over his chapped lips.

"I know you will. And don't worry, I won't ever leave you alone." I smiled.

He fell on his knees, letting me down gently. He sobbed. Sobbed so much, that I didn't think there'd be any water left in his body.

I quickly look over at Erwin and Hanji. They nod at me, and I nod back.

I knew what this meant.

We all did.
