Chapter 13

"Say ahh."

She open her mouth. "Ahh." I chuckled and put some food inside of her mouth.

That was the last spoon of her food and I'm happy that she finished it all.

Kumunot ang noo ko ng yumuko siya. "You don't have to feed me though. Kaya ko naman ang sarili ko." She said.

I smiled at her at ginulo ang buhok niya. "I want to."

"Thank you."

After that happened, palagi na ako nandito sa ospital at inalagaan siya. I promised that I will make it up to her, ipaparamdam ko din sa kanya na mahal ko siya.

Plus, she's my girlfriend now. Sinabi ko naman sa kanya na liligawan ko muna siya pero ayaw niya dahil matagal na daw itong pangarap. I chuckled, I remembered when she said that in a cute way.

She pouted when I said that I will court her first before she will become my girlfriend.

"Ayaw." Sabi niya.

"Bakit ayaw mo? You don't want me to court you?" Malungkot kong sabi.

Umiwas siya ng tingin. "A-ano.. Kasi matagal ko ng pangarap na maging girlfriend mo. So you don't need to court me." I chuckled when she said that. Cute.

Pero kahit kami na ni France ay niligawan ko parin siya. I want her to feel love and joy that she haven't felt for years. She deserve to feel happy and I'm going to do that.

Nilinis ko ang plato at utensils sa lamesa at nilagay iyon sa plastic. France was looking at me, naiilang ako na—I know it's sounds gay but kinikilig ako. Damn it!

I glared at her and she smiled. Binigyan ko siya ng mabilis ng halik, I smiled when her eyes widen. "Staring is rude love." I said and winked at her. She blushed.

Tumawa ako ng mahina at niyakap siya. "I love you France."

Niyakap niya din ako. "I love you too Xyrone."

The day pass with a bliss, ang saya naming dalawa. We talk and talk a lot of things. Masaya ako na naririnig ko na siyang tumatawa dahil sa mga kuwento ko. Her laughs and smiles really made my day beautiful. It made me love her more.

I stared at her face while she's sleeping peacefully. Palagi ko siyang binabantayan kapag natutulog siya kasi natatakot ako, natatakot ako na bigla nalang siya hindi magising sa tulog.

She's still breathing pero alam kong nahihirapan na siyang huminga dahil sa puso ko. Up until now, I'm still regretting all the thing's I've done to her. I know I'm making up to her but I also know that all of this I am doing is not enough compared to what she's done to me before.

I'm such a jerk for hurting her.

Hinaplos ko ang pisngi niya at hinalikan sa noo. "Please stay strong love."

I didn't know that I fell asleep while looking out for her. Mahimbing and tulog ko hanggang sa marinig ko ang isang nakakabinging tunog na nagpagising sa'kin.

I stared at the monitor near the bed of France at nakita ko ang isang straight line sa device. My eyes widen and look at France. Her face is pale and she's not breathing! Fuck!

I pressed the emergency button. Damn it! Hinawakan ko ang kamay ni France na ngayon ay malamig na. I cried, no.. Hindi siya pwedeng mamatay! She can't leave me!

"N-no.. France, wake up please! I'm begging you, don't do this! Don't leave me.. Please."
