Morgan POV

Tegan and I screamed.

I think we saw the same thing. We shattered the windows and our teacher ran over to us pulling us both outside. Katherine, Sawyer and Issac were the first people out. And everyone else fluttered out after.

Sawyer grabbed Tegan's face and whispered, "what did you see?"

She didn't move.

"Tegan." He said.

He shook her slightly.

"Shit." He closed his eyes then looked at me as though he was sorry.

Then, He kissed her. Smack on the lips.

I heard something inside me whimper.

Why did I feel like I'd been betrayed? I've only known him for a day... they've probably known each other since birth. I have no reason to feel hurt. They pulled apart and Tegan blinked. She rested her hands on his shoulders and stared at him.

"Thanks." She smiled at him.

"No problem." He started letting go.

Why did I want to cry?

I looked down and Issac nudged my arm. I look up.

"You good?"  He asked.

"Yeah. Yeah." I say dabbing my eye.

It was damp.

Issac mumbled something before looking back up at Sawyer and Tegan.

I avoided everyone's eyes. Even Katherine's.

"I saw... well what else do I see except death?" Tegan chuckled.

"And you Morgan, what's wrong, are you hurt?" Sawyer asked concern evident in his voice.

"No." At least not physically.

"Then why'd you scream?"

I looked at Tegan. "Bad things are gonna happen. Lots of bad things."

"You're a banshee?" He questioned.

I shrugged, "My mom's t-" that's all I got out before Issac slapped his hand over my mouth.

"You don't tell people your status." Issac mumbled in my ear.

"Our mother is half banshee." Issac stated, "She must've taken after our grandma."

"Oh." Sawyer replied.

"Yeah." The air was dense with awkwardness.

"Are you both ok?" Our science teacher asked.

"Fine, I saw a Tarantula."

"Me too." Tegan quickly agreed. "It was huge."

"We'll have to get that cleared up." Mrs. D mumbled walking inside. "Everyone our for a short moment."

"Now, Morgan. What did you see?" Sawyer asked.

"I didn't see anything. It was a feeling." I replied a bit cold, which shocked me.

"Well, what did you feel?" He asked stepping closer.

I stepped back, "Something's happening I don't know what but..."

"But what?" Elizabeth asked.

"You guys are involved." I picked at my nails.

"Is it bad?" Elizabeth continued. I nodded.
