Dear Thoughts,

My heart continues to bleed

That's what I would say

But that love is gone

You have moved on

I'm done singing this song

The love of my life

Just used me for money

Had me thinking she loved me

I now find that funny

4 years of trying

We had no luck

I feel like a disappointment

A lousy no good chuck

I used to be her superman

She used to be my supergirl

I'd buy her anything her heart desired

She didn't understand she was my world

I would've tooken a bullet

Pushed her away from harm

I was once her protector

I kept her safe like a charm

I think she only wanted kids

So you could get a check

I guess that wasn't God's plan

In her life it wasn't in the deck

Life is like poker

You give your all most likely you'll lose

You'll feel like an idiot

You'll feel like a complete fool

You'll start to blame yourself

And cry about at night

I try to keep it together

With all my will and might

The world couldn't stop us

When we were hand in hand

I thought we were Bonnie&Cloyd

But obviously I was wrong

I'm moving on without you

I have a new girl

She not like you at all

At least I meet her in a decent setting

I sometimes reget everything with you

Like that Las Vegas wedding

She's a true lady

Who would try to make her cry

Moving away from the used to be's
