Helena came by about an hour later with a couple of bottles of wine and a sweet smile on her face.

"I come bearing gifts," she said as she set everything down on the table as she entered. Helena comes over so often that she just knows how to make herself comfortable here.

"Hello dear!" Auntie Irene exclaims from her studio space. She popped her head out the doorway with a grin and a green paint streak in her hair. I heard Helena giggle and say hello as she found me in the living room.

"Sooooo, whats new?" She asks as she plops down next to me, taking the book from my hands to inspect my new read. "One Hundred Years of Solitude, huh?" She asks, flipping over the pages, looking mildly interested.

"Yeah, it's really fascinating actually. It's really magical, in a way." I said, sitting up from my position on the couch.

"Interesting. So let's open a bottle of wine and watch the jersey shore." Helena suggests, never missing a beat. I smile at her proposition and get up to pour myself a glass. Helena follows behind, nose deep in her phone with a little smirk on her face.

"Whats the smile about?" I ask, knowing it was going to be about a boy.

"It's about a boy." She says as I slide a glass over to her.

"Do tell." I insist, taking a tiny sip of my wine to get a taste.

"Well, he's kinda a nerd. Super sweet though, the cutest puppy dog eyes I've ever seen on a boy. And surprisingly, not bad looking. He goes to UNI with us, I met him at the library. We've just been kinda, I don't know, chatting." Helena says, her smirk growing into a full-blown girn now.

"Can I see a picture?" I ask snoopily.

"Well, I would say yes but I don't have his Instagram or anything yet. But his name is Liam." She says. My mind is racing trying to remember someone I know with that name. A-ha!

"Does he study the Classics?" I inquired.

"Uh, yeah actually," Helena responds quizzically. "Why, do you know him?"

"I might, yeah. Harry and I are in a book club with a Liam who studies the classics. He's really nice, smart."

"Don't forget cute."

"Oh yeah, super cute," I say, playing along.

"So how is Harry?" Helena asks after sipping her wine.

"Uh, I actually haven't chatted with him in a bit. I feel like it's a bit weird though, you know?"

"Well yeah, you guys like just met and he's basically already in love with you. That is weird. But, I do think it's good you've decided to friendzone him for now. Just make sure he's not there forever, he deserves to get updated with where you're at."

"Where the hell did all of this wisdom come from?" I ask jokingly.

"It's wine wisdom." She says, falling into laughter. I join her giggling too.

Helena and I move into the living room and turn on the Jersey Shore, one of our favorite shows to watch together. We really identify with the friendship between Snooki and JWoww and always joke around like we're them. A few episodes later Auntie Irene generously pays for us to get some Indian takeout to accompany our wine and shitty TV marathon.

"I think I'm going to text Harry," I say after some palak paneer and two bottles of wine later.

"Oh my god do it. He's probably waiting by the phone like a giddy school girl waiting for a message from you." Helena responds. I reach for my phone to craft a message to Harry. A few moments after sending it my phone goes off. I reach to answer.
