The next week went by painfully slow. My Aunt, Carson, and I had been in and out of the hospital. The good news was that Aubrey was finally awake and being moved into a regular room.

Carl and I pulled up to the hospital and went in, hand in hand. The lady at the front desk had grown accustomed to seeing us there.

"Good afternoon you two," the lady spoke with an unexpected grin. We said our 'good mornings' with confused smiles. "She's in room 203, and very much awake." That was music to my ears. My smile was big enough for a jet to land on.

"Thank you so much!" I exclaimed and grabbed Carl's hand. We ran to the elevator and headed to her room. 201, 202, 203! I opened the door slowly and a smile crept back onto my face.

"Hey little sis," Aubrey croaked. I ran over to her and hugged her gently. "Hey little Carl."

"It's big Carl, but I'll let it slide this time," Carl chuckled and hugged her as well. He glanced at her leg, "Nice cast."

"Doctor said I'm gonna be off of my feet for awhile. Four pins in my leg right now," Aubrey sighed. I'm sure worry washed over my face at the sound of that. I grabbed Carl's hand to soothe myself. "Hey, I'm gonna be alright. Just gonna be back at home until it heals."

"Who's gonna watch over your house and get your mail?" I asked.

"You guys of course!" Carl and I glanced at each other. "My keys are in my bag over there."

"Us?" we asked in unison. Just then Aunt Lily walked in.

"Aubrey!"

"Hey, Auntie," They shared a hug. We all sat and talked to Aubrey for a couple of hours. I was really glad she got out of the accident with only a broken leg, cuts, and bruises.

We stayed at the hospital another half-an-hour before leaving Aubrey and Lily there to talk.

"We should stop by her house and get her mail and stuff, yeah?" Cailee suggested.

"Yeah, but I gotta give Fi her car back first," I replied and she nodded. I leaned over and gave her a soft kiss on the lips before driving off.

We got to my house and Fiona was coming out of the door.

"Thought I was gonna have to report it stolen," Fiona joked. I chuckled and gave her the keys and Cailee gave her a hug. "See you guys later!" she said and took off.

"You hungry?" I asked Cailee as I interlocked our fingers.

"Starving."

"That was so good," Cailee groaned.

"What can I say? I am the cheese and turkey sandwich king," I joked, pulling a heroic pose. Cailee giggled and wiped her hands off with a napkin. "Ready to go now?" I asked her.

She hopped off of the kitchen stool and nodded, "Let's go."

The walk to the house was nice. It was a pretty decent day weather-wise. The air was warm and there was a nice breeze flowing through.

"Here we are," Cailee announced. We walked up to the front door and Cailee used the key to open it. "Voila!" The place was pretty nice, I thought. "It's not complete yet."

"It's hella nice to me," I spoke as I closed the door. Cailee stuck her tongue out in fake disgust.

"It's alright, I'm still working on it though. Now that she's staying at my house again I can come and decorate whenever I want," Cailee said, playing with the flowers by the kitchen door and fixing things that weren't perfectly aligned. I walked up and wrapped my arms around her waist from behind.

"Baby, it's great. Don't stress about it," I started placing soft kisses down the side of her neck. Her breath hitched and I smirked before turning her around and connecting our lips.

We managed to make it to the guest room in a heated frenzy, leaving our clothes in a trail up the stairs. Carl lifted me up and pinned me against the wall. Our lips moved hungrily, yet still in sync. He started kissing down my jaw and neck, sucking at the skin harshly.

I let out a moan and he set me on my feet. He dropped onto his knees and hitched my leg over his shoulder before using that wonderful tongue of his. I threw my head back and gripped his curls as he drew circles on my heat. He slipped a finger into me and curled it slowly, painfully slow.

"Faster," I panted. He shook his head side to side and buried his face impossibly deeper between my legs. I felt another finger enter me and I started to see stars. I came undone and he stood up, licking me off of his fingers. I grabbed his face and smashed my lips onto his.

I gripped him in my hand and started pumping him slowly. He groaned into my mouth, so I sped up my movements. He walked me over to the vanity and spun me around, bending me over so that my arms were resting on it. He gave my ass a smack, making me gasp and bite my lip. I felt him line up at my entrance.

"Fuck," we both sighed as he slid into me. His hands gripped my hips as he fucked me against the vanity. My mouth was agape and my head fell forward. He felt so fucking good.

"Harder!"

Carl gripped my hair in his hand and pulled, making me look at our reflections in the mirror. Seeing him all worked up and sweaty brought me closer to my high. I moaned his name and he went even faster.

"I'm gonna cum- fuck!" I nearly screamed out. He let go of my hair and bent over to kiss my back, keeping up his pace. My legs started to shake and I felt myself tighten around him as I came. I rode out the high and he pulled out, turning me around.

"I haven't finished yet," he growled into my ear before pushing me back onto the bed and pulling me to the edge of it. He wrapped my legs around his waist and entered me standing up. Strings of curse words, moans, and pants filled the entire house. I gripped the bedsheets as I reached my third high.

"I'm cumming!" I barely managed to say because of the pleasure building.

"Me too," Carl groaned. We both reached our euphoric highs seconds apart. Carl pulled out of me and grabbed a few tissues to clean us up with.

"Holy shit. This isn't even our house and we've broken it in," Carl chuckled breathily. I giggled and pulled him down next to me. "I love you."

"I love you too," I whispered. He pulled me into his arms and kissed my forehead.

"Think Aubrey'll mind if we shower here?" Carl asked.

"We just had sex in her guest room. I'm pretty sure a shower is the least of her worries."
