Chapter 3- First Day of School

My alarm rang and woke me up.

"Ugh school today......." I said

i really didn't want to go because i was nervous and scared for my first day of new school.

"Honey hurry up or you'll miss the bus to go to school!" She yelled from down stairs

"Alright mom!" I yelled back

I got up from bed with my boxers on and started to get dressed up. Once i was dressed i brushed my teeth. After that i grabbed my backpack and went down stairs to eat breakfast. Then i finished and head out to the school bus stop. I was standing there for a while waiting for the bus to come.

"Hey David" i heard from a far

I then knew who it was. It was hayes i turned around to see him.

"Hi Hayes" i said while waving and barely smiling

"You ready for your first day of school today?" he said

"Um.......yeah.....i guess so......im not really sure....." I said being unsure of myself

"You ok?" Hayes said being concerned

"I think......i should just go back home" i said being nervous and scared

I turned around to walk back home. Once i was about to move hayes grabbed my arm with his hand.

"David its ok man maybe you stressed from all this moving in thing?" He said being not sure

"It's not that i-its just t-that im not gonna make new friends or like never" i said being all sad now

"Im your friend" hayes said as he let go of my arm

"No your not your just saying that" i said with doubt

"Im not unless you dont want to be friends?" He said

"So we are really friends then?" I said trying to be sure

"Yeah we are" he said as he gave me a smile

"Well can you do me a favor then?" I said

"Sure what is it man?" Hayes asked

"Can you be with me the whole time....you dont have to you know......i j-just don't want to be alone at school" i said

"Yeah dude but i wont be with you the whole time because we have some different classes hahaha" he said while he laughed

"Hahaha ok thanks man" i said as i felt better

"What are friends for" hayes said as he smiled at me

He really was with me the whole time. Well like he said we had some separate classes but he actually was with me i was glad i made a friend and im glad its Hayes Grier. My last class is P.E. and in that class a made a friend and her name is Ally. We became friends when the teacher paired us up. We were talking to get to know one another. She told she likes to have fun and that people say she is trust worthy and she never told no ones secret before in her life. When she told me that i was suprised, she was filled with a bunch of secrets. I then told her about me that i was new here and told her that she was second new friend i made.

"Who's the first?" Ally asked

"Hayes Grier his my first friend....well best friend" i told her while smiling

"You like him don't you?" Ally said while smiling

"What no! We are just best friends........i don't like him!" I said as my voice got a little higher

"Sure ok haha" ally said while laughing

"I dont ok" i said

"Look i know just by looking at you and one thing im going to tell you dont waste anytime and get to know him good and then maybe ask him out" ally said

Before i could say something our p.e. teacher told us to go get change and get ready for the bell to get out of school. Once the bell rang i head to the bus to go back home. I got in and went to sit down in the back. Then hayes came over and sat next to me.

"So how was it today David?" Hayes asked me

"W-what huh s-sorry i was just thinking of something and today was great and thanks for not leaving my side man" i said still thinking and started to look out the window

"That's good and what you thinking about?" Hayes said

"Oh nothing much bro" i said still thinking

"oh ok" hayes said

We were silent the whole way back home. We were a couple a blocks away and then hayes spoke.

"Um.....hey you wanna come over and play COD2 in my xbox today at my house?" He asked

"Yeah sure" i replied

"Alright then see you later at my place" hayes said

We then got off the bus and we head to our house.

Hopefully you guys like it and comment on it. The next chapter ill try to make it long or idk. I hope im doing great with my first time doing a book or story idk but yeah.
