Another year

I was beginning to forget I knew you.

Other people seemed to as well.

People told me they thought you liked me.

If only one of us has the balls.

Now...

Now we're stuck in a cycle.

I started taking study after school.

So did you.

I got assigned a seat beside you.

And you talked to me.

For the first time, you started the conversation.

And damn.

It was like you never left.

It was like we were back in that english class.

Back laughing and messing and talking.

Back playing pranks and laughing too loud.

Back being happy and smiling.

Back to a time where my heart wasn't gone.

Back to the times we had.

Then the bell rang.

You got up and left.

You left.

Not even a wave, a single word.

You took my a piece of my heart with you.

But, 

of course,

You'd never know.
