They Called Her Lost (Just Because You're Lost Doesn't Mean You Can't Be Found)

Chapter: 16

Serenity

"My wolf will be bigger than yours!" The small girl argued with her brother. "That's not true mine is. Just look at mom and dad" the small boy said pointing at two big wolves laying right next to each other.

One wolf was pitch black and a bit bigger than the pure white wolf. The children ran to them as they both hugged them. I just stood there looking at them. I don't know why but just seeing them so happy makes my heart hurt.

I took a step closer and as I do the scene changes. I am surrounded by trees. From behind the trees the big dark wolf walks to me. He slowly walks around me as if watching my every move, he finally stops right in front of me and shifts. A man now stands before me, but I am un able to see his face. "Who are you?" I ask the man. He lefts up his hand and tucks a strand of hair behind my ear then places his hand on my cheek. The gesture felt familiar. "It hurts that you can't remember me princess." Before I could even ask what he meant I was blinded by a bright light.

I woke up moments after. I turn in bed only to find my mates side empty. I sigh and got out of bed. I don't understand any of these dreams. Just who are these people? Just who is Jason? What can't I remember?

I walk out of the bathroom after showering and getting dressed.

Entering the kitchen I find Stella making breakfast. "Morning my Luna" she says with a bright smile " morning. I'm guessing Nate is in the office with Steven?" I asked as I take a seat. She hands me a plate as she also sits down with  hers "yeah, Alpha had something important to talk to him about. I decided to come since I have nothing better to do. Hope is in school, my mate is in a meeting and I have no life. So what's your story" she says and began to stuff her face. "Let me see. Oh. I was first kidnapped by my mate, then I was made Luna, I run a company which I am not allowed to go to because of a certain someone." I tell her and began to eat. "You have it tough" she shakes her head. After a moment of silence we both began to laugh.

I've actually never had a close friend before, but I can tell that me and Stella will get along just fine. "So Stella what are your parents name" she smiles " my dads name is Jared and my moms name is Gabriela but she lets her very closer friends call her Gaby. What about your parents?" She says. "Moms name was Emma and dads name was Jake" I smile sadly. "Was?" She asked confused "yeah they died two years ago in a car accident" although two years have gone by I felt lonely with out them, mostly in that house they left me. "I'm sorry" I shook my head and smile "it's alright".

"How are you feeling love?" My dear mate asks as he hugs me from behind. "I'm fine" I tell him. "I need to speak with you. Let's go to the office" I nod and get off the stool "see yeah Stella" I give her a quick hug and run up the stairs to catch up to Steven.

"What's up" I say as I sit down on his desk like it own it. "Princess I know you would like to go back to your company and I am allowing you to go under three conditions." He said sitting in his chair in front of me. "I'm listening" I say lean forward "One you will have three of my best warriors with you at all time. Two you must come straight back home. Three you let me mark you." He finishes

"I will agree with the first two but I thought you said you would wait till I was ready" I cross my arms. "I did say that but it's the only way I will be able to communicate with you and know that you are alright. I'll give you two days to think about it princess. Just know that I am doing it for your own safety" he takes my hand and kisses my knuckles. "I'll think about it" I give him a shy smile.

"What were you talking about with Nate?" I ask as I play with one of his pens. "I wanted him to put more security around the pack. I also let him know that he should keep a close eye on Hope and make sure she is alright." He said taking the pen from me and putting it down on his desk. I pout as he pulls me to his lap.

"I love you princess" his words made my heart skip a beat. He loves me and so do I. I slowly wrap my arms around his neck. "I love you too" I close the distance between us.

Our kiss was full of love. He really was the best thing that could have happened to me. I love this man before me. I thank the moon goddess for mating me to him. My past may be coming to get me but I know that Steven will be there to protect me.

"Princess why are you crying?" I didn't know I was crying till he wiped my tears with his thumb. I shake my head and smile at him "I'm just happy." He pulls me to him as he kisses my forehead and hugs me tightly.

"Princess I have to go. There was a rogue capture just now. I am expecting a call from blood half moon. So do you mind staying here. Tell them that the meeting is still as planned in two weeks..." I put my finger to his lips. "I can manage. Now go on" I get off him and pull him up from his seat. He kiss my head before leaving.

Ten minutes later the phone rang. I quickly picked up.

"Hello Luna Serenity speaking how may I help you?" I feel weird calling myself Luna.

"This is Alpha Jason from Blood Half Moon can I speak with the Alpha?" At the mention of his name my whole world froze.
