Serenity

Issa once again tackled me to the floor but this time before I fell Steven was able to catch me. "Issa what is up with you and tackling me?" I ask her as I kept a safe distance from her.

"Sorry it's just that I love your work. I have been dying to meet you. I mean I even work at your department store." She said as Jax held her by the waist. "Really then we can both go there together. I'd love to see who things are running." I tell her as her smile widens. "Serenity." Steven gives me a you aren't going anywhere type of look. Ha like that's going to stop me.

"We are like going to be the bestest of friends. I mean me and....." I stopped listening to her as I sensed something.

I for some odd reason felt like something was off. I walk to the kitchen window to look out. Outside were children playing. I look to the forest but there was nothing out of the ordinary.

I didn't feel satisfied so I ignore the calls that are made to me and walk out side. There was something out there I knew there was. That something is just good at hiding. A strong wind blew as it carried the hidden scent of many rogues.

They were far from here but I knew they would get here in no time. I ran to the children acted as every thing was fine. I didn't want the others to make them panic.

"Hey kids would you like to play in a giant flower?" I call them over and ask. "Yes!!!" They all scream. "Alright I want everyone to make a circle and stay very still." I tell them as they follow my directions.

I lift my hand as the plant starts to grow. I lift my arms up and the flower blooms as it gentle covers the children with its unbreakable petals. I touch one of the petals and it moves to the side. I walk in to see all the kids smiling. I grow a few plants that glow to make light.  The flower looked like a huge beautiful tent from the inside. "Alright you may all play. I'll be back to get you all later" I say as they all say okay and began to explore the place.

I walked out and touched the petal once again making sure it will close. I speed walk over to Steven and the others ad the watch what I was doing in confusion. "No time to explained. There are a group of rogues hidden in the forest. They should be here shortly. Get ready to take them out." I say as I look at the woods. The bushes start to shake and branches crack as they are stepped on.

I am pulled back and shoved back into the house by Steven. "You are not going out there" both Jason and dad said as they ran back out there. "Stay" was all Steven said was he to left me.

Stay?

What am I know a dog. Ah well technically yeah but that's not the point.

I walked up to the door but it wouldn't open. I bet Jason has to do with this.

I could here growling and howls of pain come from outside. I had to go out, there is no way they get hurt while I stay here and do nothing.

I look around and spot the living room window. I open it and jump out. Luckily Jason didn't ceil these shut. I ran around the house making sure there wouldn't be any rogues in sight.

I finally got to the back yard to see many rogues on the ground dead. Jason, dad and Steven as well as Jax and his mate were all fighting in wolf form. I turn to where I left the children. Many wolves were trying to get into it but couldn't. Instead the flower through some sort of liquid at them that made them dye quickly. I didn't know it could do that.

I saw from the corner of my eye that two wolves headed my way. I pretended no to notice as I also grew a sharp and strong plant next to me. As they pounce at me I quickly dodge them and us the plant to pierce through them both.

I run to help the others. Although they seem to be doing pretty good I still help them kill a few. I mean who likes to be left behind.

The fight was finally over at least that was what I thought.

Before anyone could even get to me an arrow was shot and in it hit me. I fell but before the person could get away my vines were able to trap him. I lay on the ground as I pull the arrow out of me. Steven picked me up quickly and ran to who knows where. The arrow was dipped in silver and wolves bane. Not that it would have an effect on me, that wasn't the problem. The problem was that it shot me close to my heart and I was losing way to much blood. I mean it didn't hurt. My surroundings were a blur and my hearing was dull. I felt a bit light headed.

Closing my eyes and falling asleep seemed so tempting right know. I feel a bit tired maybe I should rest a bit. It has been a stressful day for me anyways.

"Look at her. She's pathetic, is this really the daughter of the mighty moon goddess?" The man said as I cry in the small cell they had put me in. I had no idea how I got here all I know is that one moment I am play with Jason and the next everything when blank.

"Take me back to my daddy" I tell the man. He starts to laugh as he grabs my chin and makes me look at him. "Little girl you won't see your little family ever again. You have something I want, and you will give it to me in time."  The man said as he let go of me. Tears flow down my cheek. I don't want to be here I want to go home. Mommy! Please help me.

"I want to go. Take me to daddy. I want my daddy." I start to cry out to the man. All my crying must have angered him. He then took hold of me and threw me to the wall.

From then on my life of pain began. I living nightmare invaded my dreams. I was taught to live with the pain. Many had died trying to help me. Those hunters and rogues took my precious memories and told me lies. Lies I never once believed. My physical scars may be gone but the ones in my heart and mind still remain.

I'm just so glad my memories are back. And I have my family as well. A family I will never leave again.
