They Called Her Lost (Just Because You're Lost Doesn't Mean You Can't Be Found)

Serenity

"Remember me!"

"Why can't you remember me?!"

"Serenity"

The image of that little boy in my dreams came to mind as he yelled at me to remember.

I really wish I could remember him. Just who is he to me?

"Hello?" I clear my throat as the Alpha brings me back to reality "yeah sorry about that, my mate isn't here right now but he told me that the meeting will take place in two weeks from now" I sit back in the chair as I face the window watching the clouds slowly go by. "Alright. On another note, I had no idea Alpha Steven had found his mate" he said in a curious tone.

"I actually just recently met Steven." I tell him. I can't help but feel comfortable talking to him. "Will you be attending the meeting Luna Enity?" He asked as I laugh a bit. "Yes I will. And it's Serenity." There was a long pause tell he spoke again "sorry I didn't hear you the first time. You have a lovely name." I blush as he tells me this "thank you Alpha" i hear him chuckle. "You sound like a wonderful person. Since I have been friends with your mate since we were kids, you may call me Jason. Keep Steven on his toes. I'll see you at the meeting Serenity." I giggle

"always do. I think I like you already Jason..." I didn't get to finish when a loud growl echoed through the room, making me jump. "Um I have to go bye see you soon" I yelled as Steven took the phone from me "Jason I never thought that you would go as low as to flirt with My Mate" with that he hung up.

I start to play with my hair as if nothing was wrong. "So did you get any information from the rogue." My chair was then spun to face him. I smile and wave at him. Let me tell you he looked anything but happy.

"Princess I told you just inform him when the meeting will take place, not socialize" he picked me up so that we were both looking at each other. "Hey he was the one starting the conversation I wasn't going to be rude and hang up on him." I cross my arms over my chest. "Plus he sounds like a nice guy." Steven then growled. Awe my Steven is jelly.

I wrap my arms around his neck and peck his lips. "No need to be jealous mate. You are the only man for me" I say as I run my fingers through his thick smooth hair.

"Alright princess you win" I give him a peck on the lips. There is no one that can resist me. I feel him as he starts to relax.

"The rogue was out in our territory looking for a way to ambush the pack. He was counting the wolves on patrol.
They really want to get to Hope." I stiffen in his hold not daring to look away from him. "He said that their leader wants  Hope. He said he wanted her to replace the one that had ran from him." I gasp as he finishes his sentence. It's my fault that they are targeting Hope. If I wouldn't have left they wouldn't have gone after her.

"It's my fault." I whisper. "No it's not princess" he hugs me tight as I silently start to cry.

I have to do something about this. I can't allow anyone to get hurt because of me. I know that it won't be easy for those people to get Hope since I had put a protection spell on the child. No one but me can take away that spell.

"I am going to catch that person. No will harm any of you. I told you princess you have nothing to be afraid of." He tells me as we pull away.

I nod and smile at him. I don't want him to worry about me.

Serenity you have to man up.

"Princess when we go to that meeting I want you to stay far away from Jason. You will stay by my side at all times." I roll my eyes at him. "What ever you say Alpha" I tell him with a wink as I wiggle out of his grip. I turn to leave. "Where are you going?" He asks as he takes my hand. "I'm going to my room and work on my computer. While you finish your pack work" I tell him as to pull my hand away.

"Why don't you work in here?" He says with a pout "no, because last time I was working in here you didn't finish anything because you where busy looking at me for the whole afternoon." I turn to face the door once more and make my way out the door as I blow a kiss to him while closing the door.

I really do love him.

"Love."

Such a powerful word. Yet this is how I feel towards him. I can't deny that during this short time period he has stolen my heart and he doesn't know it.
