"Good, you're here. How do I look?"
Jacob looked her up and down a couple of times and nodded. "You look nice. What's the occasion?"
"I just figured I had to bring you out into the world eventually."
Jacob grinned. "Is it finally time for our second field trip."
"Indeed it is. Get your last sip of coffee, because today we're going to face the world."
"Caffeine pills," he reminded her.
"Whatever. Just get ready. I can't wait to make everyone super uncomfortable and polite."
"Well I wouldn't want to put an end to that."
Jacob smiled and began his countdown.
