Why Are Movies Full of Drama

This chapter may not be the best I could not think of what to write. I have had terrible writers block. Please don't hate me if this chapter sucks. ✌

My mom dropped a huge bombshell on Alex and I last night when I was watching Friends. She told me that Dad is staying the whole week because his new apartment has bugs.

He is staying in Mason's old room which was my mom's office/ get the heak away from me room.

I think he is maybe trying to sober up. He has not took a drink that I know about.

Today is Saturday, normally I would be out watching a movie with Elise and her friends. Tonight I'm staying in unless a murderer comes and tries to kill me. Not that he could

I am sitting in my room and texting Edward.

Me 

So you aren't doing anything at all?

Him

No I don't do much at all

Are you wanting to do something?

Me

Idk I just wanted to talk and see if you have any plans

Him

Yea I'm not exiting We can go to the movies if you want

Me

What would we watch??

Him

Idk how about the new Jurassic World? I will buy the popcorn🍿

Me

Wow😅 it's not like we can eat it but okay.

Him

Sounds good I will pick you around 4

Me

Okay see you then

I see myself in the mirror and I look like a Wilda beast. I brush through my hair and straighten it. Then quickly out on some make up.

I rummage through my closet and end up with my Beetles tank some black leggings and white high top converse.

I hear a knock at the door downstairs and start walking down. I see my dad at the door.

"And your Dr. Carilisle Cullen's son?"

"Yes sir"

"You understand I don't like you right?"

I see Edward hesitate "Dont pressure him" I say to him as I'm comming down the stairs

Dad walks away.

"You ready?" Edward asks

"Yea I just need to grab something. Stay there and if my dad comes back remember he can smell fear." I hear him snicker behind me

I run to the kitchen table where my mom is and grab a twenty

"I'm going to a movie with Edward I will come back with at least ten dollars." I whisper trying not to inturupts her phone call

I see her nod and run to the door. "Okay let's go" I say closing the door behind me

On the way there we are talking about how good this movie is suppost to be.

"The reviews say its suppost to be really good maybe even better than the first" I say

"Yea but the original Jurassic Park is better" he adds

"Yea" we arrive at the movie house and it is one that looks kind of old

Edward parks the car and opens the door for me. "Thank you" I say

He puts his arm around my shoulders and we walk up to get out tickets. There is a girl behind the booth that is fiddling with her nails.

"Two for the new Jurassic Park" Edward says clearing his throught.

"Okay you will be in theatre 3. Here you go"

Edward grabs  the tickets and we walk into the theatre. The movie has already started but it is only on the previews.

We sit in two seats in the middle.

Edward reaches his arm around my shoulder and I lay my head on his shoulder. I look around and I see Elise and her new boyfriend Adam Rivers making out in the back of the theatre.

"Elise is here."

"Listen Edward you really need to stop reading my mind. But yea she's in the corner playing tounge tag with her boyfriend."

"Do you want to leave?''

"No I'm not gonna let them ruin this"

We finish the movie and when we get out it is around 9. I feel a tap on my shoulder.

Please don't be Elise. Please don't be Elise.

I turn around and there standing in frount of me is, you guessed it, Elise. Oh and Adam too.

"Hey Madison. You've met Adam Rivers"

"Yea I have. Bye"

"Wait Madison I wanted to talk to you"

"About?"

"Our friendship" I raise my eyebrows "oh my god Madison grow up"

"I will grow up" I feel Edward squeeze my hand.

I put my hand on Elises shoulder "Just not with you" I walk away and look at the lights above Elise and Adam, focus and watch them explode.
