I had a phase where I read everything I could find in the sasusaku time travel niche so there are a lot of borrowed ideas here and there. I was bored and I wanted to write about them because they make me happy.

Secondly, I've started the super big remaster of each chapter so it might feel off when you reach a certain part and the writing looks like shit. I swear one day I'll edit everything and it will look better 💀💀

A piece from the ceiling fell. Cracks grew. Walls crumbled.

BAM——!

An explosion. Rumbling.

"Agh-! What in world is going on out there?!" She grunted, moving out of the way of the large piece of debris. Clawing her hand through her hair, she made her way towards her desk, stepping over the bits and pieces of the room that had already collapsed.

Tsunade Senju wasn't having it today.

Everything, yes, everything was falling apart inside the village. They were under attack, and Tsunade was sure Orochimaru was using Earth Justu to make the structures within Konoha crumble.

That fucking bastard!

It had been months already, Konohagakure ninjas had fought against Orochimaru's forces recurrently. It was becoming pretty clear that there wasn't a sign of it stopping. Just a week ago, she received word that their incursions had been spread to the other villages that tragically fell under fierce attacks.

Crackle!

Tsunade cursed, shielding herself from the harsh wind that blew in. The windows were boarded, but the glass just broke. The massive piles on her desk scattered about, leaving the floor messy with papers.

Damn it. I hope I can still find one of the recent reports there.

Tsunade suddenly felt a rumbling coming from the entrance of Konoha. Feeling a sliver of panic course through her, she ran towards the broken pane. Tsunade steadied herself on the wall, trying to peek through the cracks of the boards. "No way... Did they already get in? Damn it! That side of the village hasn't finished evacuation yet," she drew her breath.

They need my help! I'm done hiding in this office, I'm going out NOW!

CHA! Here's an explanation of what's going on right now:

A war is happening between all Villages (or what's left of them) and Orochimaru.

Konoha is being primarily attacked right now. Ninjas are fighting to their death. The village is in a crisis since the perimeters are being heavily guarded by many ninjas, causing a severe shortage of ninjas on the frontlines. (Not to mention the high death count from the fighting itself!) That, I believe, gave Orochimaru an easy time breaking into their turf.
