7: A Fierce Clash! (SasuSaku)

"Sakura-Chan!" Naruto cried out. Sakura dodged Naruto's hand and took a few steps away from Zabuza. "Sakura-chan!"

Before Naruto could do anything, Kakashi grabbed him by the arms and held him back. "Stay back, Naruto. This is serious, I need to be the one to stop this."

Sakura glanced at Kakashi with an expressionless face. Cautiously, he advanced towards Zabuza while trying to beckon Sakura behind him. Zabuza raised an arm to his face and his hands formed into a sign.

"Water Clone Justu." Summoning multiple clones, rising like zombies from the water. Kakashi charged up chakra in his hand to attack, but before he could do anything, Sakura lunged forward with a surge of power. She had already discerned which a Zabuza was the real one, being the intelligent girl she was. Zabuza was shocked at the sudden move but he recovered just in time to take a swing at Sakura.

Sakura dodged to the side and rolled under Zabuza's legs. He let out an annoyed grunt and turned around to grab her. Sakura took a deep breath and let out a battle cry, "CHA!"

She thrust her fist towards Zabuza's stomach, but he caught it just in time. His eyes widened when he felt the impact on his hands, the pain crawled all the way up to his arms. "Uff! Looks like you're more stronger than I thought you were! That still doesn't change the fact that you're going to die!" Zabuza's face was overcome with a scary grin.

Sakura quickly backed up to dodge any incoming attacks. Zabuza swung his sword around and slammed it down towards Sakura. Sakura let out a grunt as she caught the big sword in her hand. He raised a brow and tried thrusting the sword towards her with more force.

Sakura's mouth formed into a smirk, her grip hardened and she forcefully slammed the sword down into the ground beneath her. The force was so powerful a crater formed and a couple of rocks blasted into the air. Sakura wobbled as she tried to regain balance on the uneven ground.

Zabuza let out an annoyed snarl. He attempted to pull his sword out of the ground but it was wedged in so deeply it was trapped. Zabuza pulled with all his might but it only moved one inch. Sakura took this as a chance to land a hit on the swordsman, she swiftly got behind him and came for another punch.

Zabuza saw this but he was too late to turn around. Sakura landed a full blow on his back, Zabuza's eyes expanded as he was forcefully pushed forward into the air, he felt intense pain in his back. His spine was injured.

Zabuza grunted in pain as he got onto his knees. Sakura ran at Zabuza with another fist ready. Zabuza ducked to the side when Sakura swung at him he caught her arm before she could throw another punch. He grabbed both of her arms and forcefully pushed her onto the ground. He stood up quickly and tried to grab his sword. But before he could pull it out, the ground broke beneath him. The sword was flung into the air and it landed by Kakashi.

"Why you little-!" Zabuza glared at Sakura and tried to grab onto her. Sakura swiftly kicked him in the stomach and jumped back. Zabuza grunted in pain and he got into a fighting stance. Sakura charged up her fist again and went in for an attack, Zabuza dodged swiftly and grabbed her by the arm, locking her in a headlock with her arms pinned behind her back.

She concentrated strength into her legs kicked Zabuza, he swerved out of the way and slammed her down. Sakura coughed as dust filled her nostrils, but she spun around with force and landed a kick near his thigh. Zabuza flinched and his grip on Sakura loosened a little, leaving her some momentum to break free easily.

Sakura turned around punched at Zabuza again. He blocked her attacks with ease. Sakura was about to take a jab at Zabuza with a Kunai when he jumped back from her range. He began to form hand-signs. Sakura quickly got out of the way with he released a jet of water at her.
