Since more genin passed than expected we're going to have preliminaries."
Sakura muttered to herself. Naruto nodded and sat down along beside Sakura.
"Then we better get stronger!

I saw some other teams going out to train. We can't let them beat us!" Naruto flashed a grin at Sakura and she smiled back in response. Sasuke who was listening in to the conversation stepped beside Sakura.

"....It doesn't matter if your team wins or not anymore. It's official on the rules." He states.

Sakura turned her head around to look at him with surprise written in her face.
"...Wait, that means...." Sasuke turned around and started to walk away before Sakura could finish her sentence. Naruto's head snapped up and he sprang into action.

"Hey! Just because that rule was posted doesn't mean we leave each other like this! We can still be a team!" He shouts at Sasuke running behind him while leaving a small trail of rocks and dust as he ran. Sasuke gritted his teeth and turned around, his kunai raised threateningly.

"I don't need you annoying pests to be on my team."
And with that he disappeared in a flash leaving only a split second of afterimage before disappearing into the trees. A knife was thrown at Naruto's feet, just centimeters away from stabbing one.

That left Naruto standing there with a shadow over his face. Sakura appeared behind him and patted his back.
"It's okay, Naruto. We'll get him back!" She started walking in the direction where Sasuke fled too. She turned around and waved at Naruto.

"Hurry up, if we want to catch up, we got to be quick!" Naruto snapped out of his trace and ran after Sakura. They both had determination plastered on their faces as they propelled themselves into a tree. Sakura gave a look to Naruto and he looked at her too.

"This could be good training so make the most of it!" Naruto grinned and started to jump forward. Sakura laughed and followed after.
Sasuke. I won't let you go this time.
This time.
I will make everything alright.

"....Sasuke.." Kakashi glanced at Sasuke as he appeared next to him. Sasuke stood there for a moment and then spoke.
"Train me."

Kakashi squinted his eyes and then slowly got up from the rock he was sitting on.
"Hm. Are you sure?..What about your team?" He inquired. Sasuke had a shadow cover his face for a moment.

"If they fail they will be meaningless people to me."
Kakashi's brow furrowed slightly. And he sighed.
"......You don't care about your team?.."

"Forget it." Sasuke turned around and started to walk away with his hands in his pockets. Kakashi sighed yet again and appeared in front of Sasuke.
"Look, I'll help you train but just don't tell everyone about this 'Kay?" Sasuke stopped in his tracks and blinked.

"...Fine by me." 
Kakashi put his book into his pocket and then looked at Sasuke.
"Heard of the chidori?"
