"What're you going to do with that worthless information now?" Hank asked as we drove home in the blizzard of snow. I honestly had no idea. Of course I wanted to meet the woman who left my father, but in a way I don't. She sounds like a bitch- wait...
"You fucking killed me for information about your deadbeat mom." I actually felt horrible. I wouldn't exchange his life for anything, but I knew that Elijah wouldn't kill him."I'm going to meet her. Elijah said he'd help me." I say to him with Shame filling my damaged voice. He turned to me with disbelief before turning back to the crowded roads.
"Good luck with that." I looked around the car with embarrassment still lingering around me. Is it bad that the smell of his clothes remind me of something in a fairytale.
The way his blue eyes shimmer in the light reminded me of the ocean, the way the light reflects on his damp black hair made it look shiny. His body was untainted and his voice was a perfect melody.Elijah
I laid in bed with Chloe as my ceiling fan sounded the room
Talia made a wise decision. One that only a determined being would make. She gave up her fathers life, the only person who's ever showed her love before. Such a delicate being making such a heartbreaking decision. Yes she chooses the most hostile answer but I can tell she's not a hostile person.
I can only imagine how betrayed her father felt by her decision.
Such bright and beautiful green eyes that remind me of mint, long splendid brown hair that never tangled, the perfect soft skin that light reflected off of, and a flawless body. Her curves and edges breaking all of the laws. What a fine being.Talia
We arrived back home, which is my dads home since I'm staying with him for a couple nights, peacefully. He didn't seem that upset about tonight but I could tell he wasn't happy either. "Sumo!" I jumped up and down and ran to my childhood pet. He came walking over to me with his usual sluggish walk. I smothered him with pets and loves until my dad decided to join.
"You know, I think you made a good decision. I need to tell you something Talia. Something very important." I was exhausted and needed sleep I wouldn't be able to render what he has to say.
"Dad, I'm exhausted. Can you tell me in the morning?" I asked as I got off the floor.
"Plus, I got a big day tomorrow." I plopped onto the couch with ease."Fine. Goodnight kid." He started to walk to his room.
"I love ya dad." I called out to him before he could close his door. He didn't respond so I didn't know if he didn't hear me or if he simply just didn't answer.

The sound of glass smashing against the floor sounds through the room as I awoke. I shot my eye open to see my father surrounded by broken glass.
"What the fuck are you doing?!" I yelled to him as I rubbed my eyes.
He shifted around and never responded. Wait-
"Dad?" I asked as my vision went clear. Shit, that's not my fucking dad!
"Who are you!?" I ask as I curled up onto the couch."No-Nobody. Who's house is this?" The person asked as they stood still in the kitchen.
"Kara?" A little voice came through from outside. There's a kid...
The woman looked out the window she broke and smiled."My names Talia Anderson. I'm Lieutenant Anderson's daughter. You are aware you're committing a crime in a police officers house, right?" I asked as I looked them up and down to see any sign of weapons.
"No, I'm sorry. I... We need clean clothes for us... For Alice. She-She's a child." She pulled the child card. Her blond hair was obviously cut recently.
"You need to leave before my dad wakes up!" I hurry over to them. "I usually wouldn't help you like this, but you need to leave now!" I opened the front door for her to exit out of.
"Okay Okay, I got it. Thank you."
She nods and exits the house into the nights air."Stay there. I'll be right back." I gesturing to the ground as a little girl runs to her side.
"Talia, what the fuck are you doing?" My dad yells from his room. I panicked and looked around in my old room for little girl clothes.
"Nothing dad! I just dropped a glass and it broke. Go back to sleep!" I yelled back to him from my room. My bed was gone along with some other childhood items. I searched through the dressers to find warm clothes for the little girl. I jumped around the house and finally found clothes for the older girl who is known as Kara.
"This is all I have. Make use of it." I hand them the clothes in a bag through the window."Thank you so much!" She smiled and took the clothes.
"Let's go Alice." She grabs the little girls hand and starts to walk off in a hurry. All that for a pile of clothes. They could've been killed if they weren't careful. I laid my head back onto the pillow and tried to go back to sleep. The clock read 6:29 in the morning. Holy fuck. Go to sleep ya bastard. I curse to myself and force my eyes shut.I never went back to sleep so I decided I'd go for a morning walk with Sumo.
"It's nice huh Sumo?" I say as the snow scrunched against my shoes.
I started to hum a melody from a song I once heard. The streets were quiet in the morning and nobody was out. We walked past a metal fence and I heard somebody whispering along with me."Hello?" The person came to the fence as their eyes glowed a bright brown. Their hands interlocked with the fence and they continued to sing the song.
They started to walk backwards into the black abyss and left me with Sumo who had found a nice patch in the snow to lay in."Come on Sumo, let's get you home." I whisper to him and get him off the ground.
I might as well head off when I get back. I'm filled with both worry and athirst to meet my mom.——
"Bye dad. I'll be back later." I whisper to him as I set coffee I made him on his nightstand.
He groans something out and I leave him to sleep. "Bye Sumo!" I kiss his head and grab my car keys.Narrator
Talia drove down the icy roads until she was met with the house she remembered from yesterday. The snow was only starting to clear up now. Talia was glad to see petit water puddles ever so often.
She walks up to the door with her satchel and her keys. She takes a deep breath and stared at the door before knocking.
"Hello, Talia. It's nice to see you again." Chloe smiled as she let me inside.
