XXIX. Snuggles

"Elijah!" I run to him as he walks up to me in the park. I wrap my arms around him and kiss his cheek. That was before I saw another lady by his side. "Who-"

"My name is Alisha." She waved to me. I looked up to Elijah and nodded.
I wasn't sure how I felt exactly... I just knew I didn't feel right.
I kissed Elijah deeply as I stood on my tippy toes. His hands wrapped around my waist as they pulled me closer to him. He pulled away from me and turned to Alisha with a smirk. Elijah knew exactly what I was doing. I was claiming my property.

"So, when we heading home?" I asked and put my hands inside the pockets in my dress. He shrugged and looked to Alisha with a raised eyebrow. Fuck her thoughts.

"Yeah, it's fine. Spend time with your girl." She nods and wiped hair out of her face. "Meet me here tomorrow as well. Brad will be here." She winked and made her way down the brick sidewalk.

"I fucking despise that Man." I nod and kept my eyes on the girls pace.
"Let's head home."

"Connor was wondering about his god." I smirked up to him. He shrugged and looked both ways before walking across the street.
"Sounds sexy." I smirked up to him. He was confused but nodded.

"It does, doesn't it?" I nod and hug his arm as we walked. "I'm his god."

"Okay..." I didn't know what to say. I felt so awkward for some reason.
"I adore you so." I kissed his arm softly. He kissed the top of my head and chuckled.

"I adore you as well."

"That was the fifth time this week!" I breathed very heavily as I stared up to the ceiling. "I can't believe..."

"I know." He shushed me and turned the corner in Mario cart. He's beat me 5 times in just one week!

"I suck..." he chuckled and I knew exactly what was going through his dirty mind.

He set down the controller once the round was finished and turned to me with love in his eyes. I pull myself over and climbed onto his lap and kissed his cheek. He pulled me closer and rested his head on my shoulder.
"You're perfect." Elijah whispered to me while his hands wrapped my waist as his eyes remained closed.

"So are you." I lean more against him. I never thought feelings could be so real before Elijah. He opened my heart to the garden of love.

"But I mean..." His hands traced my thighs as he stared into my eyes with his bright blue orbs. I kissed his Jaw and felt his hands feel around my body.

"Anyway." I say, pulling away from him. "I still haven't beaten you!"

We played Mario and some other games for about an hour. We both felt the need to redirect our eyes from the screen. I got off of the couch as I stared at the clock. 12:35 am. Elijah picks me up and carried me to his room. My eyes started to close as he lifted up my shirt and pulled off my pants. He placed another shirt over me and covered me in his bed.
"I'm not tired!" I whined and watch him slip off his shirt. He shook his head and turns to me.

"Lies." He chuckled. "You just almost fell asleep while I dressed you." I slowly roll out of the bed and run around the house. I hid inside the closet and waited for him to find me.
"Talia..." He sighed and walked past the closet door. I covered my mouth and fought back the urge to laugh.

He opens the closet and pulls me up.
I kissed his lips and then his jaw with a smirk. "Talia, you need sleep." He gave me a stern look. I shook my head but he kept insisting.

"Fine!" I pout and wrap my legs around his waist. He carried me to the bed once more and laid me down.
I laid my head on his chest and sighed.

"Get some sleep, babe." My heart stopped for a second at the Nickname he gave me. I pecked his cheek and closed my eyes.

I left kisses along Elijah's neck, trying to awaken him. He grins and placed his hands softly on my face.
"I wanna chill today." I sighed as he squished my face in a silly way.

"I agree." He kissed my squished lips.

"I wuv you." I smiled as best as I could as his hands still placed themselves on my face. He kissed me once more but this time with more passion.

"I wuv you too." He mocked me as I squished his cheeks as well. This was the first time I've ever told Elijah I loved him, and if I'm being honest it just felt so right. Something that I can't really explain. We let go of each other and just lay in each other's warmth.

"I'm hungry." I whined and stared into his bright blue eyes. He pulls me on top of him more and leaves kissed down my neck. "Chloe!" I called for the android to come into the room.
She walks in with her dark blue dress flapping against her legs.

"Yes?" She inquired. Elijah didn't care to stop at the sight of the android. He continued to kiss my chest.

"Breakfast." I breathed out to Chloe. She nods and was hesitant to leave the room. I felt off... like as if I was doing wrong. I crawl off of him and stared to the ceiling. ""I don't feel right." I confessed and turned to Elijah. He kissed my forehead and held my hand under the blanket.

"What's wrong?" He pulled me closer once again. I shook my head with confusion.

"I-I don't know." I just want to cuddle and be in this warm room all day. "I just don't feel right."

"I'm sorry, love." He whispered and stared longingly into my eyes.
"Let's rest today." He hummed as we snuggled up closer in the bed.  How can this man be so Snuggly and adorable, yet so angry and confusing.
