-Elijah Kamski
———"Talia..." Elijah walks closer to her with desire in his eyes. She swallows her fear as she steps closer as well.
"I-I." Elijah places his finger over her lips to keep her from talking. He wanted one thing, and one thing only. Elijah holds Talia's face with care and stared into her dusky green eyes. Talia was bracing herself for his lips to crash down on hers, she doesn't want Elijah. Elijah looks away from her and let's go of her face. He felt ashamed for his actions more than anything. "What-"
"No I know. I'm aware." Elijah stoped Talia from going on. He knew she wasn't ready for him, and that she never actually wanted him.
"I should've already known. In a way I did." He looked away, an emotion
Talia grabs his hand and pulled him back to her. Was it true that Talia didn't want Elijah? Or was that what she was making it out to be. Talia stands On her toes and smashed her lips onto his. Elijah was taken aback a first, but melted into the kiss within seconds. Talia didn't know whither Elijah wanted to do this now, but she wanted this. She wanted him.
They retract from each other's grasp out of breath from their connection.
Talia looks away with red cheeks as Elijah stared at her with disbelief. "That was not what I was expecting..." Elijah swallowed harshly and looks over to one of his Chloe models. Chloe walks closer to the both of them with her neutral expression."Chloe, fetch us some bourbon." Elijah orders the android with a smile. Chloe walks away to another room to get their drinks. "Talia, you have no clue how long I've longed to do that." Elijah shakes his head and looks down to her.
Talia wanted to tell him how she's never really had those intentions with Elijah, but that would ruin his ego."I have to call my dad quickly." Talia excused herself and went to the bathroom for privacy. "Pick up you prick..." Talia cursed out to her dad. The phone rang a few more times before she finally heard her dads scruffy voice.
"What is it Tal?" He answered with an annoyed tone. Talia thought about what she had to say. She called to get out of an awkward encounter.
"Sorry dad. I'll be at the office in an hour. Are you working today?" Talia asked as if she Knew that he was at home. There's absolutely no way that Hank misses work.
"What the fuck do you think? Of course i'm at work." Hank responded with a sarcastic voice. Talia rolls her eyes and stares at herself in the mirror. "By the way, Gavin told me he saw you in the investigation room early this morning, anything you wanna tell me?"

shit, I didn't even think about Reed being there. I'm so fucking dumb... What do I tell him I was doing? I could tell him I was checking on Elijah's files, and not tell him my intentions with the information. "I was looking up Kamski's file." I blankly respond, hoping Elijah wasn't listening.
"I see, Get here as soon as possible kid." Hank hangs up the phone and leaves me in a silent bathroom. I shove my phone back into my pocket and stalk back into the room. Elijah stood with crossed arms and a disappointed face. Shit.
"You were checking MY files? Are you serious?" Elijah picks up his drink. I walk closer to him in hope of resolving the conflict. "I can't believe you would do that... What the hell were you looking to find anyways?" He questioned and took a sip of his bourbon. Now, Elijah didn't seem cool and collected, he seemed frustrated and salty.
"Elijah, it's not what it sounds like. I needed help with a case I am working on. There was something I thought could help me in there." I casually lied about my intentions. I don't know if he'll buy my lies, but I have hope that Elijah will.
"No, Okay? I am not buying your bullshit this time Anderson. What the hell did you need with my file?" He kept pushing the truth out of my throat. I can't fucking do this. "Wow..." Elijah sighed and sets his drink down. He walks forth and closes the large gap between us. He stared me down with curiosity as his hands trailed down my back. He saw the fear in my eyes and chuckled slightly. "Talia, let me just give you a word of advise. Mind your own goddamn business." Elijah holds up a piece of folded paper in between his fingers and walks off to his own room. I stand in the room with glossy eyes as Elijah slams his door. I reach into my pocket to find his receipt for android purchases and found myself empty handed. No... That piece of paper he was holding was the damned receipt.
I swallow the tears that were overtaking me and enter my Car. I can't believe that just happened. I bang my palms against the steering wheel in anger. Sooner or later me and Elijah are going to realize that we aren't compatible.

I run into the office and to my dads desk. He stands up once he sees the sorrow displaying on my face. We both fall into a hug as I cried into my dads chest. "What happened?" Hank asked and held my face in his hands. I could tell he was furious with Elijah for making me cry once more. I choked on my tears and wipe away the fallen ones.
"He heard me... H-He knows what I did... I'm s-so fuc-fucking stupid.." Hank shook his head and pulls me back into his embrace. "He took the thing I needed most. I needed that sheet of paper." I coughed as tears started to stop.
"What's wrong baby Anderson?" Gavin asked from behind Hank with a sincere look. There was one thing that I wanted to say to Gavin, but for some reason it made my heart hurt to even think about the sentence.
"My friends a douche." I pull away from my dad and wipe under my eyes with my index fingers. Gavin narrows his eyes and looks down to his watch. "Can I speak with you?" I asked Gavin and looked off to the empty lounge room. "Alone..."
