Everyone was poofed. The Homeworld gems planned this since coming on Earth. The Crystal Gems' gems were taken to the ship, where Lapidolite was waiting alongside a sapphire. Yellow Sapphire.

Yellow Sapphire: "It worked."
She said with a grin. Rhodium nodded.
RD: "Indeed, my sapphire. It seems like all we needed was a sapph-"
Suddenly one of the gems began to reform. It was Small. He fell onto the floor after reforming, and looked around for a second, before summoning his gun.
LL: "Y-you poofed us when we unfused !! You monsters!"
He pointed the gun at Rhodium. Rhodium however, kicked the gun away from him before he could shoot.
RD: "You should look in the mirror before insulting your superiors."
Rhodium smirked. She stabbed Small with her spear, and so he poofed again. This time Rhodium bubbled him.
RD: "Vermarine, Sroundspoon Pearl? Bubble these rebels up. We don't want any more hassle before getting back to Homeworld."
V & SP: "Yes, Rhodium."
They began to bubble the gems. The ship's ceiling was filled with bubbled gems.
RD: "Where did you send the three other rebels, Black Pearl?" BP: "They are at my ship, in Homeworld." RD: "Perfect."
The way to Homeworld lasted for a long time, but Black Pearl pushed through it. Flying a ship for long distances is completely normal to her by now, since she usually flew her ship by herself on her missions.
After almost 15 hours of flying, Black Pearl could finally land to Homeworld's main harbor. This planet's colony is the biggest, since it belongs to all of the active diamonds. A rumor is spread that Rose Quartz went to a trial here, but no one is quite sure if it's true.
The Homeworld gems got out of the ship. Black Pearl went immediately to her ship, which was just a few hundred meters away, but the huge crowd made moving in the harbor very difficult. Black Pearl's stealth and speed made it easy for her though. She took Fleck, Pink Pearl and Rutile's gems from her ship, and walked out of the harbor to the city. The crowd there wasn't much smaller, but at least there was more space to walk at. The others soon followed her, with the bubbles in their hands.
Many hours passed, when finally the Crystal Gems were able to reform. Small was the first one again.
LL: "W-where are we?"
He saw his allies' gems on the floor of the very well lighted room. He let out a sigh of relief when he saw that none of them were shattered. Now he had time to look around the room. The cell they were in was entirely made of glass. Or, something glass-like. It was transparent, and on the other side of the glass was a gem. The sapphire. Small could remember her face, thanks to the smug smile she had.
YS: "Hello, rebel."
She waved at him.
LL: "Let me guess, you came here to mock us because we lost the fight?" YS: "Well, not entirely. By the way, did you count those gems?"
Small frowned, and counted the gems. Wait, three are missing! He panicked a little.
LL: "Where did you put them?" YS: "You'll have to find it out yourself."
Sapphire giggled, and walked away. Small hit the glass with his fist.
LL: "Come here!! I'm not done with you yet!"
Small tried to summon his weapon, but for some reason he couldn't. Someone started reforming again. It was Red Coral. She began to panic the second she reformed.
RC: "Oh God I'm at Homeworld!!"
She ran around like a headless chicken for a while before Small grabbed her leg. She fell down.
RC: "Oh Small, we're going to die!!" LL: "We're not going to die. We'll think of a way to get out soon, but panicking isn't an option."
Red Coral groaned nervously before calming down. She sat back down and took Cherry Quartz's gem, and stroked it gently.
RC: "Oh Cherrie. How did we get here?"
She looked down at the gem, and sighed. The next one to reform was Imperial Topaz. She was the other component of Hot Pink Topaz, the other one being Citrine Quartz. Topaz looked around in confusion.
IP: "W-where are we?"
She asked, in a shaky voice.
LL: "We're somewhere in Homeworld. Don't freak out though. I'm figuring out a way to get outta here. Peri would be a big help on this one."
A minute later, Fluffy reformed. She was just as confused as the other ones when she reformed, but it didn't took long for her to figure out where she was.
PD: "I can't believe they did this."
She was very irritated, and it was visible. Small stood up and took Fluffy's hand.
LL: "We just need to think of a way to get out of here."
Small thought they'd fuse from touch, but it seemed like it wasn't working.
PD: "The only way is down. The floor-..."
As Fluffy looked down, she noticed that the floor was also made out of the glass-like material.
PD: "This will be a little harder than I thought. We will need Labradorite."
She squeezed Small's hand, but nothing happened.
PD: "W-what? We can't... fuse..."
She looked around.
PD: "Woah.. they've really stepped up their game." LL: "What do you mean?" PD: "They've created some sort of electrical or gem powered field around this cell that we can't see. It also might be around the whole building. It prevents us from doing anything with our gem powers." LL: "Awe man. A whole escaping mission without Labradorite? Ugh." PD: "I'm afraid that's how it is."
Fluffy sat down. She was still tense from what happened on Earth. Though she was happy that Small was alright.
