TOBIAS

Something pretty strange has been going on. Christina has been really hyper active and people keep on congratulating me and the other guys and we're all clueless. I have just become the captain of the football team, but it's not to do with that.

When we sit down at the table with our food, Christina says, "Guys, I have something to show you."

"What?" Uriah says. I look to Will and his face is inbertween anxious and excitement. I have a feeling he knows what this is about. Christina can never hide anything from Will for very long.

"You know yesterday, in music?" This tension was eating away at me. I can sense Bea getting quite annoyed next to me. "Tori filmed our performance one my phone, so I put it on YouTube last night."

"And?" me, Bea, Zeke, and Uriah all say, getting very pissed off by how long this is taking. Marlene and Lynn have been disinterested up until now.

"Thevideohasgotaboutamillionveiws," Christina squeals, not that I got any of what she has just said. It just sounded like a jumble of sounds.

"What?" Bea says frustrated.

"The video has got about a million views," Christina said more slowly, though still finding hard for her to contain herself.

Wait. What did she just say?

I look to Bea for some support, but she looks just the same as me.

"How ever much I wish that ever true, Christina, I don't think I believe you," Zeke says. Christina looks kinda hurt, but I agree with Zeke on this one. "We need proof."

"Fine." She pulls out her phone, and as soon as she unlocks it, it was on the YouTube page which had our video on. Under the video I read: 1,001,176 views.

I turn to Bea once more, but this time we wore a different expression. We both grinned at each other.

"Ohmygod, really? Are my eye deceiving me?" Uriah shouts.

"Really!" Christina confirms.

The whole cafeteria exploded with applause and shouts, even the Abnegation clapped.

"Wow! My boyfriend is famous!" Marlene shouts with excitement, hugging Uriah.

"But guys, what we did yesterday, that was nothing. We could do way better than that if we had more time," Zeke says.

"I know! I think we might be able to do something with this guys," Christina says.

On the way to PSHE, people slap us on the back, clap and high-five us.

Maybe for once I might be noticed, but Bea doesn't look so comfortable.

Bea and I decide that she should come around to my house tonight, as last night didn't happen. Marcus is away on a business trip for another 5 days, so everything should be fine.

I walk her to maths, then meet her out side the class after it finishes. I know I am being a bit over protective, but I don't want anything else like what happened yesterday to happen again.

I don't want Bea to get hurt EVER again.

When we get to music, Tori announces, "Carry on with what you ever doing yesterday. But, can Four, Tris, Christina, Will, Uriah and Zeke come into my office please. I have someone who wants to meet you."

We follow her into her office which is a small room, only accessible from the class room. Inside, the walls are plastered with posters and records from every decade.

And sitting on the sofa was a man who looked about the same age as Tori. he wore chinos, a shirt with the top 2 buttons undone and Ray-Bans sitting on the top of his head. His blonde hair was swept over to one side of his head.

"This is Matthew. I is a talent scout and also happens to be my boyfriend," Tori says.

"Tori showed me the video of you yesterday. It blow me away. I think you have something quite different and unique. The way you take songs, like 'Read My Mind' and give it a little more," Matthew says.

"No young people have done that the way you have, and everyone seems to love it. I saw Christina's little story of the backgrounds of you guys and you sound like very interesting people as a whole. Great public figures, especially the story behind Four and Tris."

I find Bea and pull her up against me. Not because I want to show off our relationship, or I'm nervous, but I is actually the only thing I can think of doing. I can't talk. I can't even think straight.

"So, what are you getting at?" Zeke asks.

"I want to sign you a contract." Matthews eyes sparkle and we stare at him in disbelief.

"A contract?" Christina asks as if she didn't hear him right.

"One album. You could stick with doing just covers or you could throw in some completly oringanal songs. And after that, will see where we'll go from there. What do you think?"

"Team talk guys!" Christina shouts. We all huddle together. "So, I think we should go for it. Now or never, right?"

"What about school? Wouldn't it get in the way?" Zeke asks. Since when has Zeke been worried about school?

"If we get this, this will be our futures and we won't need 'quadratic boring equations' to create music," Uriah says.

"Plus, we won't need to miss any school. We have weekends and holidays," Will says.

"Okay. What about you two?" Zeke asks me and Bea.

We exchange looks and instantly nod. Why not? This could change our lives, for the better.

We all move out of the huddle and face Matthew. "Yes, we'll do it!" we all scream together.

"That's great! I'll get Tori to bring in the paper work tomorrow and is 11:00 on Saturday okay for our first meeting? Lunch provided."

"Definitly! Anything for free food!" Uriah shouts. Zeke punches his shoulder. "Hey, what was that for?"

"You should stop always thinking about your stomach."
